المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف المباشر على جميع مراحل المشروع من البداية حتى الاكتمال، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والحدود الميزانية.
  • إدارة موارد المشروع بفعالية، بما في ذلك الأفراد والمواد والميزانيات.
  • بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات التنظيمية، مع ضمان التواصل الواضح طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

  • سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع واسعة النطاق بنجاح من البداية حتى الاكتمال.
  • قدرات قيادية قوية وخبرة في بناء فرق عالية الأداء.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التفاوض والتواصل.
  • إتقان استخدام برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
  • الإلمام بالقوانين واللوائح الإنشائية المحلية وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية (مستحب).

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget thresholds
  • Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budgets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues before they arise

  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout all project operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in building high-performing teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Familiarity with local construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices is desirable
