شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج، وهي مشروع مشترك بين أرامكو وجاكوبس وصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، تهدف إلى دفع التنمية المستدامة والابتكار في المملكة. تقدم هذه الوظيفة فرصة للمساهمة في نمو قطاع السكك الحديدية والنقل كمدير مشاريع أول - سكك حديدية، في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دفع نمو الأعمال والمشاركة مع العملاء والتطوير الاستراتيجي في قطاع السكك الحديدية والنقل
  • تحديد الفرص وقيادة المتابعات عبر برامج السكك الحديدية والنقل الرئيسية
  • بناء علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين عبر العملاء والشركاء والنظام البيئي للمشروع الأوسع
  • دعم التسليم الناجح لبرامج ومشاريع البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • خبرة قوية في السوق السعودي (KSA)
  • خبرة في إدارة عقود PPP أو EPC، والإشراف التجاري والمطالبات، أو ترجمة استراتيجية العطاءات إلى تنفيذ التسليم
  • سجل حافل في الفوز بالمتابعات وتطوير خطط النمو الاستراتيجية
  • خبرة في التعامل مع الوزارات وهيئات النقل، والجهات التنفيذية الراعية في الخطوط الحديدية السعودية، أو كبار العملاء في القطاع العام، أو شركاء المشاريع المشتركة والتسليم
  • المؤهلات المفضلة:
  • أكثر من 18 عامًا من قيادة برامج البنية التحتية الرئيسية للسكك الحديدية أو النقل، بما في ذلك برامج المترو، برامج الخطوط الحديدية السعودية، محافظ بمليارات الريالات، شبكات متعددة الخطوط، أو إشراف كامل على البرنامج من المتابعة حتى التسليم
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة؛ درجة متقدمة تعتبر ميزة إضافية
  • معرفة عميقة بتسليم مشاريع السكك الحديدية والحوكمة والإدارة التجارية

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of Jasara's presence in the rail and transit sector. As Senior Project Director - Rail, you will help shape strategy, strengthen client relationships, and support the development of high-impact infrastructure programs within a dynamic and evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth, client engagement, and strategic development within the rail and transit sector
  • Identify opportunities and lead pursuits across major rail and transit programs
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across clients, partners, and the broader project ecosystem
  • Support the successful delivery of rail infrastructure programs and projects

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in the KSA market
  • Experience with PPP or EPC contract management, claims and commercial oversight, or translating bid strategy into delivery execution
  • Proven success winning pursuits and developing strategic growth plans
  • Experience engaging with ministries and transport authorities, executive sponsors at Saudi Arabian Railway, major public-sector clients, or JV and delivery partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • 18+ years leading major rail or transit infrastructure programs, ideally including metro programs, Saudi Arabian Railway programs, multi-billion SAR portfolios, multi-line networks, or full program oversight from pursuit through delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree in engineering or a related field is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of rail project delivery, governance, and commercial management
