شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج، وهي مشروع مشترك بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وجاكوبس وأرامكو السعودية، تعلن عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير - الشؤون التجارية (العقود على مستوى البرنامج) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن قطاع التشييد والبنية التحتية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة الاستراتيجية التجارية والحوكمة عبر محفظة عقود البرنامج بأكملها
  • الإشراف على التفاوض على العقود وإدارتها والامتثال لها في برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى
  • إدارة المخاطر التجارية والمطالبات وحل النزاعات عبر أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين
  • دفع مبادرات التحكم في التكاليف وإدارة التغيير وتحسين القيمة

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المساحة الكمية أو الإدارة التجارية أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عامًا في قيادة الوظائف التجارية على برامج البنية التحتية الكبيرة
  • خبرة قوية في إدارة العقود والمطالبات وحل النزاعات
  • خبرة عميقة في التحكم في التكاليف وإدارة التغيير والحوكمة التجارية
  • خبرة في إدارة قيادة العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الحكوميين على مستوى المدير
  • يفضل المعرفة بنماذج العقود FIDIC أو NEC
  • يفضل المعرفة بأطر المشتريات الحكومية
  • يفضل الخبرة في إدارة العقود الكبيرة من نوع EPC

Operating within the construction sector, the company plays a central role in shaping large, complex programs that have broad and lasting impact. This is an opportunity to join an organization focused on program delivery, strong governance, and long-term value across major infrastructure initiatives.

As Director - Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts), you will provide senior commercial leadership across a broad contract portfolio, helping to shape how major programs are governed, negotiated, and managed. The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, working across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios
  • Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programs
  • Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholders
  • Drive cost control, change management, and value optimization initiatives

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline
  • 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs
  • Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
  • Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance
  • Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract forms
  • Knowledge of government procurement frameworks
  • Experience with major EPC-style contract administration
