تسعى شركة Azeus Systems Limited إلى توظيف مهندس أنظمة (Systems Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم المتنامي لمنتجها Azeus Convene، في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ بنى الأنظمة لضمان أطر الأمان.
- القيادة والتنسيق مع مدراء الأنظمة وجميع أعضاء فريق المشروع في إدارة تكوين النظام، وإعداد وصيانة الأجهزة والبرامج الأكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة والكفاءة لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.
- إعداد الخوادم مع سياسات الحماية (hardening) وجدران الحماية بين الخوادم.
- تنفيذ التطبيقات التي طورتها Azeus في السحابة (AWS، Azure، السحابة السعودية، وغيرها).
- قيادة تنفيذ التطبيقات المطورة من قبل Azeus في مقر العميل، بما في ذلك التعامل مع حماية الخادم والبرامج، وإعداد سياسات جدار الحماية، وغير ذلك.
- تحديد وتحليل مشكلات تكامل الأنظمة.
- حل مشكلات الخوادم من خلال تحديد السبب الجذري ثم القيام بإجراءات تصحيحية فورية.
- صياغة وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية في حال تكرار المشكلة.
- صياغة وتنفيذ إجراءات وقائية لمنع حدوث المشكلة مرة أخرى.
- تحديد المهام المتكررة والتوصية بأدوات لأتمتتها.
- التواجد في وضع الاستعداد (on-call) لحالات الدعم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مماثل في هندسة الأنظمة أو الدعم أو DevOps.
- الإلمام بمنصات السحابة (AWS، Azure، السحابة السعودية)، وجدران الحماية، والأنظمة المبنية على Linux.
المهارات المطلوبة
- متعلّم سريع ويمتلك مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن قيود الوقت.
- مرونة وقابلية للتكيف مع جداول المناوبات المتغيرة، وإمكانية العمل في عطل نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية ومناطق زمنية مختلفة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والقيادة.

As a Systems Engineer, you will design and implement systems architectures to ensure security frameworks. You will lead and coordinate with systems administrators and all project team members in managing system configuration and setting up and maintaining the most cost effective and efficient hardware and software to satisfy project requirements.
You will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare you for the following responsibilities:

As a Systems Engineer, you will design and implement systems architectures to ensure security frameworks. You will lead and coordinate with systems administrators and all project team members in managing system configuration and setting up and maintaining the most cost effective and efficient hardware and software to satisfy project requirements.
You will undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare you for the following responsibilities:
- Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers
- Implement applications developed by Azeus in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.)
- Lead the implementation of applications developed by Azeus in client premises. You will be prepared to handle server and application software hardening, firewall policies setup, etc
- Identify and analyze system integration problems
- Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and then doing immediate remedial actions
- Formulate and implement corrective actions in case problem re-occurs
- Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent the issue from happening again
- Identify tasks that are recurrent and recommend tools to automate those tasks
- On-call for support cases
- Fast learner and with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good organization skills and can work well under pressure and time constraints
- Flexible and can adapt to changing shift schedules as you may be assigned to work on weekends, holidays and on different time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Minimum 2 years in a similar systems engineering/support/DevOps role
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud), firewalls, and Linux-based systems
