يدير مدير المباني والبنية التحتية (B&I) الأداء الكامل لخط الإنتاج في المنطقة، ويقود الفرق متعددة التخصصات في مجالات إدارة الأصول، والتفتيش الفني للبنية التحتية، وإدارة المشاريع والبرامج، والخدمات البيئية، والتشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning)، لضمان تقديم حلول متكاملة عالية القيمة للعملاء. كما يعزز حضور Bureau Veritas في القطاعات الرئيسية مثل الضيافة والترفيه والسياحة والمشاريع العملاقة والمطورين والمقاولين والجهات الحكومية والتطوير الحضري والمدن الذكية والبنية التحتية للنقل والطيران، بناءً على علاقات ثقة وتوسيع أثر الشركة في البيئات المبنية الآمنة والمستدامة والمرنة.

  • الإشراف على الأنشطة التجارية الإقليمية ودعم المساعي الكبرى والعطاءات وتطوير الحسابات الرئيسية.

Role Overview

The KSA Buildings & Infrastructure (B&I) Director is responsible for leading, growing, and elevating Bureau Veritas’ B&I portfolio across the region. This strategic leadership role oversees the full product line performance-shaping the long‑term vision, delivering the annual P&L, and ensuring excellence across all operations.

The Director drives topline and gross margin delivery in close partnership with regional leadership, steering commercial strategy, optimizing delivery models, and ensuring high‑quality, efficient, and client‑centric execution. The role leads multidisciplinary teams across Asset Management, Infrastructure Technical Inspections, Project & Program Management, Environmental Services, and Commissioning, ensuring cohesive, high‑value solutions for clients.

The Director also strengthens BV’s market presence across major sectors including Hospitality, Entertainment, Tourism, Mega Projects, Developers, Contractors, Government Authorities, Urban Development, Smart Cities, Transportation Infrastructure, and Aviation, building trusted relationships and expanding BV’s impact on safe, sustainable, and resilient built environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the regional B&I growth strategy aligned with regional and global Product Line priorities.
  • Drive portfolio expansion, commercial performance, and market penetration across all B&I service domains.
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and manage end‑to‑end P&L accountability for revenue, sales, and gross margin.
  • Ensure delivery quality in line with BV’s Operational Excellence standards and performance KPIs.
  • Oversee regional commercial activities and support major pursuits, tenders, and key account development.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers across priority sectors.
  • Lead operational governance through structured meetings, reviews, and performance follow‑up.
  • Coach and develop teams, drive a high‑performance culture, and lead recruitment and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with Product Line and Area leadership to build a strong B&I talent pipeline.
