تعلن شركة Green Asia Limited Liability Company (Green Asia LLC) عن توفر وظيفة مفتش دوار (ROTATING INSPECTOR) للعمل في مدينة الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. تعمل الشركة كمقاول EPC ومزود للكوادر البشرية في قطاعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة والبنية التحتية والإنشاءات، وتلتزم بمعايير أرامكو السعودية الهندسية (SAES) والمواصفات القياسية (SAMSS).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الروتينية والوقائية على المعدات الدوارة مثل المضخات، والضواغط، والتوربينات، وعلب التروس للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات العميل.
- مراجعة أنشطة التركيب والصيانة والإصلاح الخاصة بالمعدات الدوارة.
- تحديد أي اختلالات أو أعطال في المعدات والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية لمنع الأعطال والتوقف.
- إعداد تقارير التفتيش وتوثيق النتائج ودعم تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين وفرق الصيانة والمقاولين لضمان موثوقية وأداء المعدات الحيوية.
- اتباع إجراءات الشركة والمعايير ذات الصلة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في فحص وصيانة المعدات الدوارة (مضخات، ضواغط، توربينات، علب تروس) في بيئات النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو محطات الطاقة.
- حاصل على دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة في فحص المعدات الدوارة أو هندسة الموثوقية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل في موقع المشروع داخل البيئات الصناعية في الجبيل، والتعاون بفعالية مع فرق متنوعة، وإدارة الوقت والأولويات ضمن جداول المشاريع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي للأنظمة الميكانيكية، وتحليل الاهتزاز، والمحاذاة، وممارسات التشحيم، وأنماط الفشل المتعلقة بالمعدات الدوارة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية، والمواصفات الفنية، وأوراق البيانات، وأدلة الشركات المصنعة الأصلية (OEM) الخاصة بالمعدات الدوارة.
- معرفة المعايير والكودات الصناعية المطبقة على فحص المعدات الدوارة، ويفضل أن تشمل معايير أرامكو السعودية والمعايير الدولية.
- كفاءة في إعداد تقارير تفتيش واضحة، وتوثيق النتائج، ونقل المعلومات الفنية إلى فرق متعددة التخصصات.

Role Description The ROTATING INSPECTOR is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jubayl, responsible for inspecting and overseeing rotating equipment used in industrial facilities. The role involves performing routine and preventive inspections on pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating machinery to verify compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. The ROTATING INSPECTOR reviews installation, maintenance, and repair activities, identifies equipment abnormalities, and recommends corrective actions to prevent failures and downtime. The position includes preparing inspection reports, documenting findings, supporting root cause analysis, and coordinating with engineers, maintenance teams, and contractors to ensure reliability and performance of critical equipment. The inspector is expected to follow company procedures and relevant standards while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vibration analysis, alignment, lubrication practices, and failure modes relevant to rotating machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, datasheets, and OEM manuals related to rotating equipment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes applicable to rotating equipment inspection, preferably including Saudi Aramco and international standards.
- Competence in preparing clear inspection reports, documenting findings, and communicating technical information to multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to safety practices, hazard identification, and compliance with site safety regulations and procedures.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications in rotating equipment inspection or reliability engineering are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in industrial environments in Al Jubayl, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and manage time and priorities under project schedules.
