بصفتك المدقق الداخلي المخصص لشركة Lean Technologies في الرياض، ستتولى مسؤولية وضع خطة التدقيق السنوية القائمة على المخاطر الخاصة بالكيانات المرخصة. ستقوم بتقييم الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والضوابط الداخلية مع ضمان الامتثال لأطر هيئة السوق المالية السعودية (SAMA) ومصرف الإمارات العربية المتحدة المركزي (CBUAE). يقدم هذا الدور الحيوي ضماناً مباشراً لمجلس الإدارة خلال فترة نمو سريع يتجاوز ثلاثة أرقام.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ خطة التدقيق السنوية القائمة على المخاطر للمجموعة، والتي تغطي مجالات مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب (AML/CFT)، والامتثال التنظيمي، وعمليات التكنولوجيا، والضوابط المالية عبر ولايات قضائية متعددة.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق شاملة لتصميم وفعالية الضوابط، وصياغة النتائج القابلة للتنفيذ للإدارة العليا واللجان التنظيمية ذات الصلة.
- الحفاظ على علاقات استباقية مع الجهات التنظيمية (هيئة السوق المالية السعودية، مصرف الإمارات العربية المتحدة المركزي، هيئة تنظيم الخدمات المالية في سوق أبوظبي العالمي) والمدققين الخارجيين لضمان تغطية شاملة للحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 4 و7 سنوات في مجال التدقيق الداخلي، وتحديداً في قطاعات التكنولوجيا المالية أو المدفوعات أو الخدمات المالية.
- إلمام عميق بالأطر التنظيمية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (SAMA، CBUAE، FSRA) مع شهادات مهنية مثل CIA أو CISA أو ACCA.
- إتقان كامل للغتين العربية والإنجليزية على المستوى المهني، إلى جانب الشك التحليلي اللازم لتقييم البنية التحتية المالية المعقدة على نطاق واسع.
