Role Description: This vacancy is Intended for "Saudi nationals Only"

We are looking for a NEBOSH Certified full-time HSE office whose role will be based for on on-site activities.

This Ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards. Day-to-day activities include conducting risk assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits, as well as recommending corrective and preventive actions. The officer will develop and deliver HSE trainings, support emergency preparedness plans, and ensure proper documentation and reporting of safety-related activities. Collaboration with operational teams and management is essential to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in EHS or similar
• NEBOSH Certified with knowledge of applicable local and international HSE regulations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety, with the ability to apply best practices in an operational environment.
• Solid understanding of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and Occupational Health standards, including risk control and prevention.
• Experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and developing HSE procedures.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify practical solutions.
• Effective communication and training skills, capable of engaging diverse teams and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site across KSA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
