نبحث عن أخصائي تسويق مساعد (Associate Marketing Specialist) منظم وذو دافعية للانضمام إلى فريق التسويق في شركة Align Technology بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه فرصة ممتازة لمن يرغب في النمو ضمن بيئة تسويقية ديناميكية وسريعة الإيقاع، مع التركيز على تنسيق المشاريع والعمل مع جهات متعددة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تولي مسؤولية العمليات التسويقية وضمان تنفيذ الحملات والفعاليات بسلاسة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين لتقديم مبادرات تسويقية عالية الجودة.
- إدارة أوامر الشراء والفواتير وتتبع الميزانية لضمان سير المشاريع وفق الخطة.
- دعم تنظيم الفعاليات الجذابة، بما في ذلك الجوانب اللوجستية والتنسيق في الموقع.
- العمل مع الوكالات والموردين لتسليم المواد التسويقية بما يتوافق مع معايير العلامة التجارية.
- صيانة ودعم الحملات التسويقية في نظام SFDC، مع ضمان الدقة والكفاءة.
- أن تكون الشخص المرجعي للحفاظ على تنظيم المشاريع وتوافق الجداول الزمنية وإطلاع أصحاب المصلحة على المستجدات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة مباشرة تتراوح بين 1-2 سنة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل على الفعاليات والعمليات التسويقية في بيئة معقدة ومتعددة أصحاب المصلحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات التواصل الشفهي والكتابي باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (إلزامي).
- القدرة على إدارة المطالب المتنافسة بكفاءة، بما في ذلك تحديد الأولويات والاستجابة السريعة وإبقاء الآخرين على اطلاع.
- مهارات فعالة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة (داخلياً وخارجياً).
- قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- إحساس عالٍ بالمسؤولية تجاه المهام وموقف إيجابي مع حس مناسب للإلحاح.
- خبرة في إدارة الميزانية.
- العمل بروح الفريق.
- التركيز على العملاء.

In this role, you will play a key part in bringing marketing initiatives to life - from campaigns and events to vendor collaboration and financial coordination.
Role expectations
- Take ownership of marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking to keep projects on track
- Support the organization of engaging events, including logistics and on-site coordination
- Work with agencies and vendors to deliver marketing materials aligned with brand standards
- Maintain and support marketing campaigns in SFDC, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Be the go-to person for keeping projects organized, timelines aligned, and stakeholders informed
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of directly related experience.
- Proven experience working on events and marketing operations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed.
- Effective stakeholder management skills - internal and external
- Solid problem-solving ability and ability to manage details
- High sense of accountability for one’s tasks and can-do attitude with appropriate sense of urgency
- Budget management experience
- Team player
