المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترويج لمنتجات وخدمات Medtronic ضمن منطقة جغرافية محددة و/أو حسابات عملاء معينة.
- تطوير وبناء وتعزيز العلاقات طويلة الأمد مع أصحاب المصلحة، والعمل مع الأطباء والكوادر المستشفوية بشأن المنتجات والحلول.
- دعم الاحتياجات التقنية والسريرية في المستشفى، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: مؤشرات العلاج، ودعم الزراعة، ومتابعة المرضى.
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية من خلال العروض التقديمية وعروض المنتجات.
- إجراء التثقيف والاستشارات في الموقع، بالإضافة إلى دعم بناء وصيانة علاقات العملاء مع مقدمي الرعاية الصحية والمؤسسات.
- تقديم الدعم عند الطلب (On-Call) حسب الحاجة.

- نقل ملاحظات العملاء بشأن المنتجات الجديدة و/أو التعديلات على المنتجات أو التطبيقات الحالية إلى الأطراف الداخلية.
- العمل عن كثب مع المؤسسة التجارية للتوصية بتحسينات في عمليات البيع وإطلاق المنتجات وتحسين مسار الدعم السريري.
- الفهم الأساسي للمشهد التنافسي.
- التطوير الفني المستمر من خلال متابعة المنتجات والحلول وعروض إدارة المرضى الجديدة.
- المشاركة في المهام متعددة الوظائف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في مجال الأجهزة الطبية و/أو العمل في بيئة مستشفى.
- فهم متين لتشريح القلب، الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية، واضطرابات نظم القلب.
- خبرة في دعم إجراءات الفيزيولوجيا الكهربية.
- الإلمام ببيئة قسطرة القلب: بروتوكولات التعقيم والإشعاع.
- الإلمام بالمنتجات والتقنيات الحالية واتجاهات السوق.
- القدرة على تدريب وتعليم الكوادر الطبية والأقران وموظفي الدعم الفني.
- الاستعداد والقدرة على السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 50% من الوقت، حسب احتياجات العمل.
- معرفة عمل شاملة بالمصطلحات الطبية وصناعة الأجهزة الطبية، وخبرة في المستشفى/العيادة، والقدرة على تنسيق/المشاركة في مهام/مشاريع متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى بطريقة منظمة مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية (يفضل).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promotes Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts
- Develops, builds, and strengthens long-term relationships with stakeholders. Partners with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
- Supports technical/clinical needs at hospital including but not limited to therapy indications, implant support, and patient follow-up
- Provides technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations
- Conducts on-site education and consulting, as well as supporting the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations
- Provides on-call support as needed
- Travels to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders
- Works closely with commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathway
- Has a basic understanding of the competitive landscape
- Ongoing technical development by staying up to date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings
- Involvement in cross functional assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in the medical device industry and/or working in hospital environment
- Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology and arrythmias
- Experience with supporting electrophysiology procedures
- Familiar with Cathlab environment: sterilization and radiation protocols
- Familiar with current products and technologies and market trends
- Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required by business needs.
