Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Arrawdha General Hospital in Ad Dammām. Responsibilities may include coordinating with medical and nursing staff, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with patient inquiries, and following hospital policies and procedures. Qualifications

• Possess relevant healthcare or hospital operations experience, such as working in clinical, administrative, or support roles.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Show ability to organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with basic computer applications and hospital information systems or be willing to learn.
• Hold an appropriate educational background, such as a diploma or degree in healthcare, administration, or a related field; professional licensing or certification as required by local regulations.
• Exhibit commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and respectful, non-discriminatory care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed by hospital operations.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or familiarity with regional healthcare standards is an advantage.
