تعلن شركة البحر الأحمر الدولية (Red Sea Global) عن طريق شركتها التابعة Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE) عن حاجتها إلى مدرب رياضات مائية (Instructor - Water Sport) للعمل في وجهة البحر الأحمر. ستعمل ضمن فريق WAMA لتقديم تجارب مائية آمنة وممتعة تتماشى مع معايير الضيافة العالمية وتعزز السياحة المستدامة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى مدرب الرياضات المائية مسؤولية تقديم تجارب رياضات مائية آمنة وجذابة وعالية الجودة في وجهة البحر الأحمر. يعمل تحت إشراف المدرب الأول وفريق إدارة الرياضات المائية، ويقدم تدريباً احترافياً، ويشرف على الضيوف خلال الأنشطة، ويضمن صيانة جميع معدات وأصول الرياضات المائية بشكل آمن وجاهز للخدمة. كما يدعم العمليات اليومية لبرنامج الرياضات المائية في WAMA من خلال تقديم تجارب استثنائية للضيوف، وتعزيز المشاركة الآمنة، وحماية البيئة البحرية، وضمان الامتثال لإجراءات التشغيل ومعايير الصحة والسلامة واللوائح المعمول بها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم أنشطة رياضات مائية متنوعة تحت الإشراف وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل المعتمدة ومعايير خدمة RSSE.
  • إجراء جلسات استقبال للضيوف وإحاطات السلامة وعروض توضيحية للمعدات وتعليمات تشغيلية قبل كل نشاط.
  • الإشراف على الضيوف طوال النشاط وضمان سلامتهم واستمتاعهم واتباعهم للإرشادات التشغيلية.
  • تقييم قدرات الضيوف وحالة الطقس وأحوال البحر والمد والجزر والمخاطر التشغيلية قبل وأثناء كل نشاط، وتكييف النشاط عند الضرورة للحفاظ على السلامة مع تقديم تجربة ممتازة.
  • دعم العمليات اليومية لمرافق الرياضات المائية في المنتجعات والمواقع المخصصة، والمساعدة في إطلاق واسترجاع ونقل وتخزين المعدات والأصول التشغيلية.
  • تقديم تدريب احترافي عبر أنشطة الرياضات المائية المعتمدة، وتقديم التوجيه والتدريب المناسبين لمستوى خبرة الضيوف وقدراتهم.
  • خلق تجارب ممتعة لا تُنسى تعكس معايير الضيافة المتميزة لـ RSSE، والرد المهني على استفسارات الضيوف وحل المشكلات الروتينية، مع تصعيد الشكاوى أو المشكلات التشغيلية إلى المدرب الأول عند الاقتضاء.
  • تعزيز الاستمتاع المسؤول بالبيئة البحرية وتثقيف الضيوف حول مبادرات حماية البيئة.
  • فحص المعدات وتجهيزها وتنظيفها وصيانتها وتخزينها قبل وبعد العمليات اليومية، وإجراء فحوصات دورية للمعدات والإبلاغ الفوري عن احتياجات الصيانة أو العيوب.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لفحص المعدات وسجلات التشغيل، وضمان نظافة وتنظيم جميع مناطق التشغيل ومرافق تخزين المعدات ومناطق تجهيز الضيوف.
  • المساعدة في إدارة المخزون ومراقبة مخزون المعدات والمواد الاستهلاكية التشغيلية.
  • اتباع جميع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وتقييمات المخاطر وطرق العمل (RAMS) وخطط الاستجابة للطوارئ (ERPs) وإجراءات السلامة للرياضات المائية.
  • إجراء فحوصات سلامة ما قبل النشاط للمعدات ومناطق التشغيل، ومراقبة الظروف البيئية المتغيرة (الرياح والطقس والتيارات والمد والرؤية)، والاستجابة الفعالة لحالات الطوارئ وتقديم الإسعافات الأولية عند الحاجة.
  • الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والمخاطر والحوادث الوشيكة وعيوب المعدات وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة، وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الاستباقية والممارسات التشغيلية المسؤولة.
  • العمل بشكل تعاوني مع المدربين الأولين والمشرفين وفريق عمليات الرياضات المائية الأوسع، ودعم الإعداد التشغيلي وتدفق الضيوف وجدولة الأنشطة والخدمات اللوجستية اليومية.
  • المشاركة في الإحاطات التشغيلية والدورات التدريبية وتمارين الطوارئ وبرامج التطوير المستمر، والمساهمة بأفكار لتعزيز رضا الضيوف والكفاءة التشغيلية وجودة الخدمة.
  • الامتثال لجميع سياسات RSSE وإجراءاتها وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية، واستكمال تقارير النشاط وفحوصات المعدات وسجلات الصيانة ووثائق الحوادث بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات التشغيلية ومعلومات الضيوف والأعمال، ودعم الامتثال لجميع المتطلبات التنظيمية والتشغيلية المطبقة.
  • تطبيق جميع سياسات الصحة والسلامة والجودة والبيئة (HSQE)، وتعزيز ممارسات التشغيل الآمنة عبر جميع أنشطة الرياضات المائية، ودعم مبادرات الحفاظ على البيئة البحرية والممارسات التشغيلية المسؤولة بيئياً.
  • المشاركة في تمارين الاستجابة للطوارئ والتدريب على السلامة التشغيلية، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر من خلال تقديم الملاحظات والتوصيات التشغيلية، والحفاظ على الكفاءة المهنية من خلال التدريب المستمر وتجديد الشهادات، والبقاء على اطلاع بتقنيات الرياضات المائية وتطورات المعدات وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، ويفضل دبلوم في الرياضة أو التربية البدنية أو الأنشطة الخارجية أو السياحة أو الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في تقديم أنشطة الرياضات المائية ضمن قطاع الضيافة أو السياحة أو المنتجعات أو الأنشطة الترفيهية الخارجية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادة سارية المفعول في الإسعافات الأولية والإنعاش القلبي الرئوي واستخدام مزيل الرجفان الخارجي الآلي (First Aid, CPR, AED) من جهة معترف بها دولياً.
  • شهادة مدرب معترف بها من هيئة حكومية وطنية (NGB) أو دولية في تخصص واحد أو أكثر من تخصصات الرياضات المائية.
  • يفضل الحصول على مؤهل إنقاذ (Lifeguard qualification).
  • خبرة في قوارب الإنقاذ أو المركبات الآلية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • يفضل الخبرة السابقة في المنتجعات الفاخرة.

Job Purpose

The Instructor - Water Sports is responsible for delivering safe, engaging, and high-quality watersports experiences across The Red Sea destination. Working under the guidance of the Senior Instructor - Water Sports and Watersports Management, the role provides professional instruction, supervises guests during activities, and ensures all watersports equipment and operational assets are maintained in a safe and service-ready condition.

The Instructor supports the daily operation of WAMA's watersports programme by delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting safe participation, protecting the marine environment, and ensuring compliance with RSSE operating procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery

  • Deliver a variety of guided watersports activities in accordance with approved operating procedures and RSSE service standards.

  • Conduct guest welcome sessions, safety briefings, equipment demonstrations, and operational instructions before each activity.

  • Supervise guests throughout activities, ensuring their safety, enjoyment, and adherence to operational guidelines.

  • Assess guest ability, weather conditions, sea state, tides, and operational risks before and during each activity.

  • Adapt activities where necessary to maintain guest safety while delivering an exceptional experience.

  • Support the daily operation of watersports facilities across resorts and designated activity locations.

  • Assist with launching, retrieving, transporting, and storing watersports equipment and operational assets.

 

Guest Experience

  • Deliver professional instruction across approved watersports activities.

  • Provide coaching and guidance appropriate to guests' experience and ability levels.

  • Create memorable and engaging experiences that reflect RSSE's premium hospitality standards.

  • Respond professionally to guest enquiries and resolve routine concerns promptly.

  • Escalate guest complaints or operational issues to the Senior Instructor where appropriate.

  • Promote responsible enjoyment of the marine environment and educate guests on environmental protection initiatives.

 

Equipment & Asset Management

  • Inspect, prepare, clean, maintain, and store watersports equipment before and after daily operations.

  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance requirements or defects immediately.

  • Maintain accurate equipment inspection logs and operational records.

  • Ensure all operational areas, equipment storage facilities, and guest preparation areas remain clean, organised, and guest-ready.

  • Assist with inventory management and stock control of operational equipment and consumables.

 

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), Emergency Response Plans (ERPs), and watersports safety procedures.

  • Conduct pre-activity safety inspections of equipment and operational areas.

  • Monitor changing environmental conditions, including wind, weather, currents, tides, and visibility.

  • Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first aid where required.

  • Report incidents, hazards, near misses, and equipment defects in accordance with company procedures.

  • Promote a proactive safety culture and responsible operational practices.

 

Team Support

  • Work collaboratively with Senior Instructors, Supervisors, and the wider Watersports Operations team.

  • Support operational setup, guest flow, activity scheduling, and daily logistics.

  • Participate in operational briefings, training sessions, emergency drills, and continuous development programmes.

  • Assist with promotional events, demonstrations, resort activations, and special guest programmes.

  • Contribute ideas that enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality.

  • Comply with all RSSE policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and work instructions.

  • Complete activity reports, equipment inspections, maintenance records, and incident documentation accurately and on time.

  • Maintain confidentiality of operational, guest, and business information.

  • Support compliance with all applicable regulatory and operational requirements.

 

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Apply all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) policies and procedures.

  • Promote safe operating practices throughout all watersports activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Sports, Physical Education, Outdoor Recreation, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience delivering watersports activities within hospitality, tourism, resorts, or adventure recreation.

  • Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from an internationally recognised provider.

  • National Governing Body (NGB) or internationally recognised instructor certification in one or more watersports disciplines.

  • Lifeguard qualification is desirable.

  • Rescue craft or powered vessel experience is advantageous.

  • Previous experience within luxury resorts or remote destinations is preferred.
