Job Description

Identifying chemical, physical, radiological, and biological hazards in the work environment and sites; measuring and inspecting lighting, ventilation, and noise levels; monitoring and following up on industrial waste disposal procedures; designing programs to prevent or avoid occupational diseases; and preparing and maintaining occupational health documents and reports.

Main Tasks:

Studying the work environment and identifying chemical, physical, radiological, and biological hazards; proposing methods and procedures to avoid their effects on workers; and referring workers for periodic medical examinations to ensure they are not affected by occupational diseases.

Measuring and inspecting lighting, ventilation, and noise levels in work sites, comparing them to acceptable levels, and recommending corrective actions.

Monitoring and following up on liquid and solid industrial waste disposal procedures to avoid their effects on environmental health.

Developing work methods and procedures and keeping up with developments in the field of occupational health.

Preparing and maintaining occupational health documents and reports in the relevant database according to established policies and procedures, and ensuring the application of public safety principles and rules during the performance of various occupational health tasks.
