About the Role

Clinical Marketing Specialist 📍Location / Territory Riyadh

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and KOLs with accurate scientific and clinical information

• Support the commercial team in medical discussions, customer education and product/service explanation

• Prepare and deliver scientific presentations and training session

• Collect medical insights, customer feedback and market observations from the field

• Support launch activities, clinical meetings and education programs where required

• Ensure scientific communication remains accurate, compliant and aligned with approved materials

• Cross-Functional Collaboration, Coordinate with sales teams without replacing the commercial ownership of account

Qualification

• PharmD, Medicine, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory, Genetics or related scientific background

Required Skill

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Affairs, clinical support or scientific engagement experience

• Diagnostics knowledge, scientific writing, marketing strategy, market research, product launches
• Strong ability to communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals
• Experience with KOL engagement, medical education or clinical presentations

• Good understanding of healthcare compliance and appropriate scientific communication

• Ability to work with commercial teams while maintaining scientific credibility, campaign performance, training effectiveness, market share growth

Preferred Skill

• Experience in diagnostics, oncology, genetics, molecular testing or specialty pharma
• Existing network with relevant clinicians or laboratory stakeholder
• Experience developing scientific materials or supporting medical training
