نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم مستشار إدارة الأصول عملاء قطاع الكهرباء في تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين حلول إدارة أصول المؤسسات (EAM) وإدارة أداء الأصول (APM). تشمل المهمة ترجمة المتطلبات التشغيلية والتجارية إلى تكوينات أنظمة وتحسينات في العمليات ونماذج بيانات تعزز الموثوقية والامتثال وتحقيق القيمة المثلى لدورة حياة الأصول في مجالات التوليد والنقل والتوزيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أو دعم جمع المتطلبات والتصميم الوظيفي والتكوين والتنفيذ لمنصات EAM وAPM أو حلول مماثلة.
- العمل كخبير وظيفي في عمليات إدارة الأصول أثناء مشاريع التنفيذ والترقية والتوسع.
- دعم تكوين الأنظمة والتحقق والاختبار وأنشطة قبول المستخدم.
- إجراء تقييمات الوضع الحالي/المستقبلي (As-Is/To-Be)، وتحليل الفجوات، وورش عمل توحيد العمليات مع أصحاب المصلحة في الصيانة والأعمال.
- تصميم وتوثيق عمليات إدارة الأصول الشاملة تشمل: إدارة العمل، الصيانة الوقائية والصيانة القائمة على الحالة، تخطيط دورة حياة الأصول واستبدالها، وإدارة الأعطال والعيوب.
- تطوير الرسوم البيانية لسير العمل والمواصفات الوظيفية وكراسات التكوين ومستندات تصميم الحلول.
- المساهمة في أطر الصيانة المتمحورة حول الموثوقية (RCM) والصيانة القائمة على المخاطر (RBM) وتحليل أنماط الفشل وتأثيراته (FMECA/FMEA) ومؤشر صحة الأصول (AHI).
- دعم ترجمة نماذج الموثوقية والمخاطر إلى منطق النظام والحدود وسير العمل في أنظمة EAM/APM.
- دعم حالات استخدام APM مثل: دمج المراقبة الشرطية، تسجيل صحة الأصول، تقييم احتمالية الفشل ومدى الحراجة، وتمكين التحليلات التنبؤية والتشخيصية.
- التعاون مع فرق البيانات والتحليلات لضمان هياكل بيانات تركز على الأصول تدعم نتائج APM.
- دعم تقييم جودة بيانات الأصول ومبادرات تنظيف البيانات ومواءمة البيانات الرئيسية أثناء تنفيذ أنظمة EAM/APM.
- المساعدة في تحديد هياكل البيانات الرئيسية للأصول والتسلسلات الهرمية وتسميات المسميات وممارسات الحوكمة.
- دعم المواءمة الوظيفية والتكامل بين EAM وأنظمة SCADA وأنظمة المراقبة الشرطية ونظم إدارة الطاقة (SCADA/EMS) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية (GIS) ونظم تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) ونظم إدارة الخدمات الميدانية (FSM) ومنصات التقارير والتحليلات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (كهرباء، إلكترونيات، أو تخصص ذي صلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15+ سنة في مشاريع تنفيذ أنظمة EAM وAPM.
- فهم قوي لعمليات تشغيل قطاع الكهرباء (النقل والتوزيع والمحطات الفرعية).
- خبرة عملية مع IBM Maximo أو IBM MAS أو منصات EAM/APM مماثلة.

Key Responsibilities
EAM / APM Solution Delivery
- Lead or support requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and implementation of EAM and APM platforms, or similar solutions.
- Act as a functional SME for asset management processes during implementation projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Support system configuration, validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Conduct As-Is / To-Be assessments, gap analysis, and process harmonization workshops with business and maintenance stakeholders.
- Design and document end-to-end asset management processes, including:
- Work management
- Preventive and condition-based maintenance
- Asset lifecycle and replacement planning
- Failure and defect management
- Develop business process flows, functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and solution design documents.
- Contribute to RCM, RBM, FMECA/FMEA, AHI (Asset Health Index), and risk-based maintenance frameworks for key utility asset classes
- Support translation of reliability and risk models into EAM/APM system logic, thresholds, and workflows.
- Support APM use cases including:
- Condition monitoring integration
- Asset health scoring
- Failure probability and criticality assessment
- Predictive and diagnostic analytics enablement
- Work with data and analytics teams to ensure asset-centric data structures support APM outcomes.
- Support asset data quality assessments, data cleansing initiatives, and master data alignment during EAM/APM implementations.
- Assist in defining asset master data structures, hierarchies, naming conventions, and governance practices.
- Support functional alignment and integration of EAM with:
- SCADA / condition monitoring systems
- SCADA / EMS systems
- GIS
- ERP
- Field Service Management (FSM)
- Reporting and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams by providing functional input for integrations (without acting as an integration architect).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline).
- 12-15+ years of experience in and EAM, APM implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of electric utility operations (T&D, substations).
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo / IBM MAS or similar EAM /APM platforms.
- Experience in RCM, FMECA, APM, asset health, failure analysis, and maintenance optimization.
