Techsure Inc تبحث عن مهندس متخصص في الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة التشغيل التقنية (OT Cybersecurity Engineer) للعمل في الظهران، السعودية، ضمن فريق Honeywell عبر طرف ثالث معتمد. تتطلب الوظيفة خبرة عملية في تأمين البيئات الصناعية لأنظمة التحكم في مشاريع النفط والغاز.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء مسوحات ميدانية للبنية التحتية للشبكة، غرف المعدات، مسارات الكابلات، والأجهزة الميدانية، وإعداد تقارير مفصلة تشمل الملاحظات والثغرات والمخاطر والتوصيات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق مع قائد مشروع Honeywell وفريق الهندسة.
  • تطوير وثائق هندسية متوافقة مع معايير ومواصفات أرامكو السعودية وإجراءات المشروع.
  • إعداد وثيقة التصميم الوظيفي (FDS) التي تغطي بنية النظام، طوبولوجيا الشبكة، المتطلبات الوظيفية، ونقاط التكامل.
  • تطوير وثيقة التصميم التفصيلي (DDS) بما في ذلك: رسومات طوبولوجيا الشبكة الكاملة، خطط عناوين IP وتخصيص الشبكات الفرعية، خطط تقسيم VLAN ووسمها، مجموعات قواعد جدار الحماية وجداول التوجيه، تفاصيل تكوين المحولات/الموجهات/جدران الحماية، والامتثال لمعايير تصميم Honeywell Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE).
  • إعداد والتحقق من قائمة المواد (BOM) ووثائق FAT وSAT.
  • دعم تنفيذ اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) وأنشطة اختبار القبول في الموقع (SAT) وضمان مطابقة نتائج الاختبار لمتطلبات المشروع.
  • تطوير بيان الطريقة (MOS) لتركيب الشبكة واختبارها وتشغيلها، بما في ذلك إجراءات السلامة والجودة.
  • إعداد الاستفسارات الفنية (TQs) للمعلومات المفقودة أو غير الواضحة في المشروع.
  • تكوين جدران الحماية والموجهات والمحولات وأجهزة الشبكة الأخرى وفقاً لتصميم المشروع، والتحقق من التكوينات لضمان الامتثال لمعايير Honeywell FTE ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني.
  • تنفيذ المهام في الموقع بالتنسيق مع العملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية حقيقية في الأمن السيبراني لأنظمة التشغيل التقنية (OT) في قطاع النفط والغاز مع أنظمة التحكم (DCS / ESD / PLC).
  • خبرة عملية في تأمين البيئات الصناعية حيث تتفاعل الأنظمة السيبرانية والمادية (لا ينطبق على مرشحي الأمن السيبراني لتقنية المعلومات IT).
  • خبرة عملية في الهندسة والتصميم والتكوين والتشغيل لأنظمة الشبكات والأمن السيبراني وفقاً للمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات العميل.
  • يُشترط ألا يكون المتقدم يعمل حالياً مع Honeywell أو شركاتها التابعة أو مقاوليها أو شركائها من الطرف الثالث في مشاريع Honeywell الحالية (لعدم تعارض المصالح).
  • العمل في الموقع / مشترك (مكتب العميل / موقع المشروع) بالتنسيق مع فريق Honeywell في الظهران.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة تنفيذ مسوحات المواقع وإعداد التقارير الفنية.
  • إتقان تصميم طوبولوجيا الشبكات وتخطيط عناوين IP وتقسيم VLAN.
  • خبرة في تكوين جدران الحماية والموجهات والمحولات وأجهزة الشبكة.
  • الإلمام بمعايير Honeywell FTE ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني للأنظمة الصناعية.
  • مهارات التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والعملاء.

Requirement

Need A Network / Cybersecurity Specialist shall perform engineering, design, configuration, and commissioning activities in alignment with international standards and client requirements.

This is an OT (Operational Technology) Cybersecurity role. Candidates must have hands-on experience securing industrial environments where cyber and physical systems interact. Do not apply if this criterion is not met.

Responsibilities

Perform site surveys for network infrastructure, equipment rooms, cabling routes, and field devices. Prepare detailed site survey reports including observations, gaps, risks, and recommended corrective actions.

Closely coordinate with the Honeywell project lead and engineering team.

Develop engineering documents fully aligned with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and project procedures.

Prepare the Functional Design Specification (FDS) covering system architecture, network topology, functional requirements, and integration points.

Develop The Detailed Design Specification (DDS) Including

Complete network architecture diagrams, IP addressing plans and subnet allocation, VLAN segmentation and tagging plans

Firewall rule sets and routing tables, switch/router/firewall configuration details

Compliance with Honeywell Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE) design standards

Prepare and validate the Bill of Materials (BOM), FAT & SAT documentation.

Support execution of FAT in DTV/SAT activities at the customer's site and ensure all test results meet project requirements.

Develop the Method of Statement (MOS) for network installation, testing, and commissioning activities, including safety and quality procedures.

Prepare Technical Queries (TQs) for missing or unclear project information.

Configure firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment according to project design. Validate configurations to ensure compliance with Honeywell FTE standards and cybersecurity requirements.

Perform online site execution by coordinating with customers.

Must-Have Requirement

Hands-on experience securing industrial (OT) environments where cyber and physical systems interact with oil and gas projects of control systems.
