تعلن شركة إيتون (Eaton)، الرائدة عالمياً في مجال إدارة الطاقة، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس إنتاج (Production Engineer) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس إنتاج لقيادة أنشطة الإنتاج والتنسيق الوثيق مع فرق السلامة والهندسة والجودة والصيانة وقادة فرق الإنتاج. يركز الدور على تحسين السلامة والجودة والتسليم والتكلفة من خلال تصميم عمليات فعالة، ومبادئ التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean)، وسلامة بيانات SAP في SAP، ومنهجيات حل المشكلات المنظمة. تشمل المسؤوليات أيضاً ضمان الامتثال للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) وتطبيق ممارسات العمل الآمنة بالتنسيق مع إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بما يتوافق مع معايير MESH الخاصة بالشركة واللوائح المعمول بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع مكونات ووحدات GEIS في حاويات كاملة عبر خط إنتاج انسيابي وفق مبادئ اللين بهدف تحقيق أفضل جودة وأقل تكلفة وأسرع وقت تسليم.
- استخدام إجراءات تخطيط الإنتاج لتحقيق العمليات الأكثر كفاءة والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل فريقية مدربة ومحفزة وبناء روح الفريق المهني باستخدام تقنيات تخطيط الإنتاج.
- توجيه وتنسيق عمليات المصنع لتلبية جدول الإنتاج.
- تأسيس فريق لضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد إلى أرضية الإنتاج.
- جدولة وعقد اجتماعات المصنع الدورية.
- المسؤولية عن مراقبة جودة المنتج في المصنع.
- تحديث توقعات الإنتاج والمواعيد الرئيسية للمصنع بانتظام (تقديم الأرقام والتوقعات الرئيسية شهرياً).
- قيادة التخطيط الإنتاجي ضمن جميع الأقسام التجارية (المبيعات، إدارة المشاريع، الهندسة، الإنتاج، إدارة سلسلة التوريد والعمليات الميدانية).
- الاستعلام عن الخدمات اللوجستية لمكونات ووحدات GEIS من المصانع الموردة (بما في ذلك نظام تتبع البضائع).
- إعداد معالجة الطلبات الكاملة (التخطيط طويل وقصير الأجل) بما في ذلك اختبار قبول المصنع (FAT).
- دعم التحسين المستمر من خلال تحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ خطط التحسين.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة باتباع إرشادات EATON-MESH.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تُسند من الإدارة لازمة لإتمام متطلبات الوظيفة.
- يتطلب هذا الدور العمل بنظام 3 ورديات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في بيئة الإنتاج / التصنيع / التشكيل.
- خبرة في الصناعة الكهربائية / الكهروميكانيكية ضمن بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
- خبرة في الإشراف على أنشطة الإنتاج.
- الجنسية السعودية مطلوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق لمفاهيم اللين (Lean) وتقليل الهدر في الأنواع السبعة (النقل، المخزون، الحركة، الانتظار، الإفراط في الإنتاج، الإفراط في المعالجة، العيوب).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- قدرات ممتازة في تحليل الجداول الإلكترونية والرياضيات.
- خبرة جيدة مع خطوط التجميع الكهربائية.
- معرفة ممتازة بـ MS Office.
- خبرة مع نظام ERP إلزامية (يفضل SAP R/3 أو SAP BW).
- تطبيق عملي لمنهجيات وأدوات التصنيع مثل Kan-Ban، نظام الصندوقين (2 Bin)، Poka-Yoke، التدفق القطعي (One Piece Flow)، نظرية القيود (TOC)، الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM)، وغيرها.
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً والقدرة على التفاعل المهني مع مجموعة متنوعة عبر الأعمال العالمية.
- معرفة متينة بأدوات وعمليات التخطيط.
- مهارات تدريب جيدة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة (شرط أساسي).

Basically, Production Engineer Will Be In Charge Of
- Assembling GEIS components & modules into complete bays through a lean & flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time.
- Using the production planning procedures to achieve the most efficient processes and optimal use of resource.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff and establish a professional team-working environment production planning techniques.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations to meet production schedule
- Establish a team to ensure tiemly delivery of material to shop floor
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings
- Responsible for the product quality control in the plan
- Regularly update the factory production forecast and milestone dates (report key figures and forecasts on monthly bases)
- Take the lead in production planning within all business departments (sales, project management, engineering, production, supply chain management and field operation)
- Inquiry logistics of GEIS components and modules from feeder factories (incl. tracking system of goods)
- Prepare complete order handling (long and short term planning) including FAT (factory acceptance test)
- Support continues improvement by recognizing any area for improvement and implementing an improvement plan accordingly
- Maintain safe working environment by following EATON-MESH guidelines
- Employee shall also carry out any task that is assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mecahnical/Industrial Engineering degree or similar
- 8+ Years experience in Production/Manufacturing/Fabrication environment
- Experience in the Electrical/Electromechanical industry within a multinational environment.
- Experience supervising Production activities
- In depth understanding of lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes (transport, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, overprocessing & defects)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
- Good experience with Electrical assembly lines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ERP system is a must (SAP R/3 / SAP BW is preferred)
- Hands on application of manufacturing methodologies and tools - i.e., Kan-Ban, 2 Bin System, Poke Yoke, One piece Flow, TOC (Theory of Constraints),
- TPM (Total Production Maintenance), … etc
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group across a global business Solid knowledge about planning tools and processes
- Good coaching skills
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) is a must
- Saudi citizenship is required
