برنامج تطوير القيادات المبكرة التجارية (Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program) في شركة Eaton بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يقدم هذا البرنامج لمدة ثلاث سنوات فرصة فريدة لبدء مسيرتك المهنية الدولية، حيث ستبدأ كمهندس مبيعات تقني (Technical Sales Engineer) في موقع استراتيجي بمنطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (EMEA)، مع تدريب قيادي وتوجيه شخصي وشبكة من كبار القادة. يبدأ البرنامج في سبتمبر 2026.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في برنامج مدته ثلاث سنوات يتضمن ثلاث مهام دوارة مدة كل منها 12 شهراً، مصممة لتوفير تعرض واسع لأدوار تجارية متنوعة في مجالات النمو الرئيسية.
- المهام المحتملة تشمل: هندسة العروض (quotation engineering)، والدعم الفني، والمبيعات الميدانية، والتسويق الميداني، وهندسة التطبيقات، ومبيعات القطاعات - حسب موقع البلد.
- فرصة العمل في بلدين على الأقل خلال فترة البرنامج الثلاث سنوات.
- البدء كمهندس مبيعات تقني في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، مع العمل مع الشركاء والعملاء المباشرين لتحقيق أهداف النمو التجاري.
- المشاركة في التدريب القيادي، والتوجيه الشخصي، والتواصل مع كبار القادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال مشابه بحلول أغسطس 2026، أو درجة الماجستير في نفس المجالات (يفضل).
- خبرة عمل أو تدريب داخلي تعتبر إضافة (بحد أقصى 3 سنوات خبرة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- المبادرة والفضول العلمي.
- القدرة على التعلم السريع وتولي المهام الصعبة.
- الرغبة في بناء مسيرة مهنية قيادية في شركة متعددة الجنسيات.
- المرونة للانتقال داخل منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (EMEA) أثناء البرنامج.

Program Details
- Duration: Three years
- Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas
- Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales - depending on country placement.
- International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.
- Program Start: The program begins with a Technical Sales Engineer in Riyadh, KSA location, a strategic location within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA. In this role, you will be involved in the technical sales of our selected product portfolio working with partners and direct customers to achieve our commercial growth aspirations
- The program begins in September 2026.
- Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
