شركة Eaton، الرائدة في إدارة الطاقة، تبحث عن مهندس تطبيقات (Application Engineer) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. تقدم Eaton حلولاً موفرة للطاقة تساعد العملاء على إدارة الطاقة الكهربائية والهيدروليكية والميكانيكية بكفاءة وأمان واستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أنشطة المناقصات وقوائم المواد لأنظمة قنوات الكابلات، أنظمة احتواء الكابلات، وسلالم الكابلات.
- تقديم الحلول التقنية التجارية المقترحة والرسومات الهندسية/المستندات المقدمة بدقة.
- معالجة المهام الفنية لطلبات الشراء بدءًا من إعداد الرسومات وصولاً إلى تحويلها إلى قوائم مواد وإطلاقها للإنتاج.
- إعداد الوثائق النهائية للمشاريع وفقًا لقائمة وثائق طلبات العملاء.
- التنسيق مع فريق التجميع المحلي لحل جميع الاستفسارات الفنية وضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة.
- العمل مع أقسام التصنيع والعمليات والجودة لتقديم منتجات أفضل وتصاميم مثالية وجودة محسنة وتحسين العمليات.
- ترتيب أولويات الأنشطة متعددة المهام في مجالات مراجعة المواصفات واختيار المنتج وتطوير التكلفة/السعر وإنشاء العروض.
- المشاركة في مشاريع خفض التكاليف وتوطين المواد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة تفسير المخططات الكهربائية والمخططات أحادية الخط وخطط توجيه الكابلات.
- فهم قوي لأنواع أرفف الكابلات (سلم، مثقب، شبكة سلكية) والمواد (GI، SS، ألومنيوم، FRP).
- معرفة المعايير الصناعية (مثل NEC، IEC، NEMA، BS) المتعلقة بأنظمة إدارة الكابلات.
- القدرة على إعداد قوائم المواد التفصيلية (BOM) وتقدير التكاليف لأنظمة أرفف الكابلات.
- خبرة في تصميم تخطيطات أرفف الكابلات مع مراعاة سعة التحميل والتباعد وأنظمة الدعم.
- خبرة في إعداد المستندات الفنية المقدمة والرد على تعليقات العملاء/الاستشاريين.
- معالجة الاستفسارات الواردة بشكل مستقل مع الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع فريق المبيعات لضمان أفضل عرض يلبي متطلبات العميل.
- قراءة/تقييم طلبات العروض والرسومات والمواصفات من العملاء لتحديد نطاق العمل.
- تنفيذ وضع المنتج المناسب والتكلفة المحسنة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل ومواصفات المستخدم النهائي والمعايير الدولية.
- التواصل مع المصانع للاستفسارات ذات المتطلبات الخاصة/عناصر التجميع المحلي واختيار التعديلات الخاصة للمنتجات لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.
- خبرة في الشركات الدولية عبر منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (معايير ومواصفات المستخدمين النهائيين مثل أرامكو، أدنوك، أو إن جي سي...).
- معرفة بالمنتجات المتعلقة بمراكز البيانات وصناعة النفط والغاز (التطبيقات البرية والبحرية).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة والعمل الجماعي.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.
- إتقان برامج MS-Office، SAP، AUTOCAD، E3D، Solid Works.

- Tendering & Bill of material activities for cable channel, cable containment, cable ladders
- Deliver with accuracy of the proposed techno-commercial solutions and engineering drawings/Submittals.
- Handling the purchase orders technical tasks from drawings preparations till converting it to bill of materials and release it for production.
- Preparation of projects final documentation as per customers’ order documentation list requirements.
- Coordinate with local assembly team to iron out all technical clarification and ensure a smooth execution of the orders.
- Working with manufacturing, operations and quality departments for better products offering, ideal designs, enhanced quality, and process improvement.
- Prioritize the activities of a multi-functional tasks in the areas of specification review, product selection, cost/price development and proposal generation.
- To be part of cost out projects and materials localizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 4+ years
- Proficient in interpreting electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and cable routing plans
- Strong understanding of cable tray types (ladder, perforated, wire mesh) and materials (GI, SS, Aluminum, FRP).
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, NEMA, BS) related to cable management systems.
- Ability to prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimation for cable tray systems.
- Experience in designing cable tray layouts considering load capacity, spacing, and support systems.
- Experience in preparing technical submittals and responding to client/consultant comments.
- Handling of incoming inquires by self-maintaining close communication with Sales team to ensure the best offering to meet the customer requirement.
- Read/evaluate customer RFQs, drawings and specifications to determine work scope of supply.
- Implement proper product positioning, optimized costing in line with customer requirements, end user specification and international standards.
- Liaison with factories for inquiries with special requirements / local assembly items and select special adaptations of products to meet customer needs.
- Experience in international companies across EMEA (end users standard & specs such as ARAMCO, ADNOC, ONGC...)
- Product knwoledge related to Data centers, Oil & Gas industry onshore/offshore applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Software MS-Office, SAP, AUTOCAD, E3D, Solid works.
