The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s cybersecurity framework to ensure that information systems, networks, data, and technology assets are appropriately protected against cybersecurity risks and threats. The role will manage cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, vulnerability remediation, security policies, incident response, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and applicable regulatory requirements.

The position will work closely with senior management, internal stakeholders, IT teams, and third parties to integrate cybersecurity requirements into business continuity and disaster recovery, new technologies, IT systems, outsourcing, and other business initiatives. The Cybersecurity Manager will also provide clear reporting on the organization’s cybersecurity posture, promote security awareness, and ensure appropriate resources and controls are in place to support the organization’s cybersecurity objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management framework.
• Monitor and manage cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls are implemented, maintained, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Oversee security assessments, audits, and remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Evaluate and support the secure adoption of new technologies, systems, and third-party services.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization through training and engagement initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic cybersecurity insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective security architecture, protection, and detection capabilities are in place to safeguard organizational assets.
• Drive continuous improvement of the organization’s cybersecurity posture and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations and standards, including ICAO and GACA requirements.
• Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk assessment, incident management, and compliance.
• Good understanding of network security, cybersecurity controls, and security architecture principles.
• Knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, and data protection best practices.
• Familiarity with national cybersecurity regulations and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
