المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الاستشارات الروتينية والعاجلة وتقييم المرضى من جميع الأعمار.
- إدارة الأمراض المزمنة وتقديم الرعاية المستمرة.
- إجراء الإجراءات السريرية الأساسية.

- الالتزام بالتطوير المهني المستمر والمشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية السريرية.

المهارات المطلوبة

Role Description The General Practitioner at Adel Care Medical Group will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities include conducting routine and urgent consultations, managing chronic diseases, performing basic clinical procedures, and coordinating care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing patient education on prevention and health promotion. The General Practitioner will also participate in clinical meetings, contribute to care protocols, and support continuous improvement in service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Al-Qassim Region.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation with skills in Medicine and Primary Care, providing safe, evidence-based patient management.
- Experience or training in Family Medicine, delivering continuous, holistic care to individuals and families.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated commitment to Training and ongoing professional development, including participation in clinical education activities.
- Recognized medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Practitioner in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in outpatient or clinic-based primary care settings, preferably within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Competence in using electronic medical records and basic digital health tools.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to local healthcare regulations and guidelines.
