Role Description

The Social Media Specialist for the Riyadh Team is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging Arabic and English social media content across multiple platforms, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The specialist will manage daily posting schedules, monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and escalate issues when needed. They will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns and content strategies. The role also involves collaborating with creators, influencers, and internal teams to support integrated digital marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand or creator accounts across major platforms.
• Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including audience targeting, campaign optimization, and basic analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, scheduling platforms) is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems within the region is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in social media roles within media, digital agencies, or content-driven brands is preferred.
