في Hempel، نثق بقدراتك على التألق. نبحث عن مطبق طلاء (Coating Applicator) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستكون مسؤوليتك الأساسية المساهمة في تفعيل هيكل خدمات Décor الفنية من خلال إجراء تطبيقات تجريبية ولوحات عينات وعروض توضيحية للعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عملية إنتاج لوحات العينات ولوحات العرض ومجموعات المبيعات والنشرات.
- الحصول على المواد والمعدات اللازمة لإتمام المهام الموكلة.
- إجراء التطبيقات الميدانية والعروض التوضيحية والتدريب وفقاً لطلبات العملاء بالتنسيق مع فريق المبيعات المعني.
- المساعدة في تقييم الشكاوى من خلال التطبيقات التجريبية والاختبارات.
- تقديم وابتكار أحدث التصاميم الزخرفية (مؤثرات خاصة) عند الاقتضاء.
- العمل في مشاريع خاصة بتوجيه من مدير مبيعات القطاع التجاري.
- تنظيف وصيانة الأدوات والمعدات والمواد.
- العمل على تحقيق أقصى كفاءة في بيئة العمل المقررة مع الحفاظ على السلامة والامتثال لجميع القواعد واللوائح المطبقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الثانوية العامة أو الدبلوم (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة دورة/تدريب في تطبيق الطلاء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة بتقنيات الدهان والتطبيق (إلزامية).
- لديه دافع ذاتي، استباقي، وروح فريق.
- مرن؛ قادر على العمل لساعات طويلة ومثابر.
- قادر على تحديد الأولويات والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية مع التعامل مع المقاطعات والعمل تحت الضغط.
- آداب أعمال ممتازة.
- مبادرة قوية وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.
- موجه نحو خدمة العملاء.
- قادر على العمل في الخارج في ظروف جوية قاسية.
- يمتلك رخصة قيادة سارية.

Right now, we are looking for a Coating Applicator where your primary responsibility will be to assist in the effective functioning of Décor Technical Services structure by conducting trial applications, sample panel and demonstrations for Customers

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
- Administers the process of producing sample panels, display boards and sales kits brochures.
- Obtains needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Conducts site application, demonstration and training in adherence to customers’ request as coordinated by the concerned sales staff.
- Provides assistance on conducting complaints evaluation through application trials and testing.
- Introduces and innovates the latest and up-to date decorative designs (special effects) where appropriate.
- Works on special projects at the direction of Trade Sales Manager.
- Cleans and maintains equipment tools and supplies.
- Works toward achieving maximum efficiencies in an established work environment while maintaining safety and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
You Should Also Have The Following Qualifications
- High School or Diploma will be an added advantage
- Certificate on Paint Application Course/Training.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Knowledge on paint technology and application is a must.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and a team player.
- Flexible; able to work long hours and persistent.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure.
- Excellent business etiquette.
- Strong self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Customer oriented.
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Possessed a driving license
