نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى المرشح مسؤولية الإدارة الفعالة لقسم الأمن بما يتماشى مع استراتيجيات هايانت العالمية ومعايير العلامة التجارية، مع تلبية توقعات الموظفين والضيوف والمالكين. تشمل المهام تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة وتقييم إجراءات السلامة والأمن في الفندق، بما في ذلك السلامة من الحرائق وحماية الموظفين والأصول لكل من Grand Hyatt و Miraval Resorts في البحر الأحمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على دبلوم مهني أو شهادة في مجال السلامة والأمن.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنتين كمدير أمن أو مساعد مدير أمن في مؤسسة كبيرة.
- مهارات عملية جيدة ومهارات إدارية كافية (إدارية وتنفيذية).

Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection for Grand Hyatt & Miraval Resorts, the Red Sea.
Qualifications
Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security. Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
