فرصة تدريب (Internship) في شركة Deloitte بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق استشارات المخاطر والتنظيم والطب الشرعي (Risk, Regulatory & Forensic). هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للكوادر السعودية (KSA Nationals) وتهدف إلى تطوير المهارات في مجالات المخاطر، الامتثال، الحوكمة، والتحقيقات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مهام العملاء في مجالات المخاطر والتنظيم والامتثال والحوكمة والطب الشرعي.
- إجراء أبحاث حول التطورات التنظيمية والاتجاهات الصناعية وقضايا المخاطر الناشئة.
- المساعدة في تقييمات المخاطر ومراجعات الرقابة واختبار الامتثال وتوثيق الإجراءات.
- جمع وتنظيم وتحليل البيانات النوعية والكمية لدعم أعمال المشاريع.
- المساعدة في إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية وأوراق العمل ومخرجات العملاء الأخرى.
- توثيق العمليات التجارية والسياسات والإجراءات وأطر الرقابة الداخلية.
- العمل عن كثب مع أعضاء الفريق ذوي الخبرة في مهام متنوعة والمساهمة في الأنشطة اليومية للمشاريع.
- المشاركة في المناقشات الجماعية واجتماعات المشاريع وجلسات تبادل المعرفة.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من الدقة والسرية والاحترافية في جميع المهام.
- اكتساب خبرة استشارية عملية والتعرف على أعمال استشارات المخاطر والامتثال والرقابة الداخلية والحوكمة والتحقيقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية (KSA National).
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس (أو قيد الإكمال) في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال، الاقتصاد، القانون، إدارة المخاطر، تحليل البيانات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- سجل أكاديمي قوي مع اهتمام واضح بمجالات المخاطر والتنظيم والامتثال والحوكمة والخدمات الجنائية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً).
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس، خاصة Excel وPowerPoint وWord.
- اهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بسرية واحترافية.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن بيئة تعاونية جماعية وإدارة أولويات متعددة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قيم الشركة والغرض منها واستكشاف فرص التأثير.
- التزام قوي بالتعلم والتطوير الشخصي؛ والعمل كسفير للعلامة التجارية لجذب المواهب المتميزة.

- Conduct research on regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging risk issues.
- Assist in risk assessments, control reviews, compliance testing, and process documentation.
- Gather, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support project work.

- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong academic record, with a demonstrated interest in risk, regulatory, compliance, governance, or forensic services.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
