فرصة مستقبلية لوظيفة مدير مالي في مشاريع الترفيه السعودية (Seven) بمدينة جازان. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تقديم القيادة المالية والدعم الاستراتيجي لفرق إدارة المواقع، مع التركيز على تحقيق الربحية وتحسين التكاليف عبر جميع الوجهات الترفيهية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أداء P&L للمواقع: تحليل الإيرادات (تذاكر، مأكولات ومشروبات، تجارة التجزئة، مناطق الجذب)، مراقبة التكاليف التشغيلية، ودفع الإجراءات لتحقيق مستويات EBITDA وأهداف الربحية.
- توفير الشراكة المالية: العمل كمستشار موثوق لمديري المواقع والعمليات، والمشاركة في مناقشات التخطيط التشغيلي، وترجمة البيانات المالية إلى رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ، والتأثير في القرارات في مرحلة الفكرة.
- تحليل المؤشرات التشغيلية: تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل الإنفاق لكل زائر، الحضور مقابل التوقعات، الإيرادات لكل زائر، نسب تكلفة العمالة، وهوامش المأكولات والمشروبات، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الأداء.
- دعم إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات: التعاون مع مديري المواقع لتطوير ميزانيات وتوقعات دقيقة مع مراعاة أنماط الموسمية والتقويمات، وتحليل الفروق وتقديم التوصيات التصحيحية.
- تحسين التكاليف: تحديد فرص خفض التكاليف دون التأثير على تجربة الضيوف، تحليل كفاءة جداول العمل، مراقبة تكاليف الموردين، وتنفيذ مبادرات التحكم في التكاليف بالشراكة مع قيادة العمليات.
- ضمان الرقابة المالية: الإشراف على إجراءات التعامل النقدي في المواقع، مراقبة المخزون والانكماش، ضمان الامتثال للسياسات المالية، ودعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للمناطق التشغيلية.
- تطوير الفريق وقيادته: تحديد أهداف محللي العمليات المالية، تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد، وبناء فريق عالي الأداء يحقق قيمة للأعمال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في المالية أو المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة محاسب إداري معتمد (CMA).
- شهادة محاسب قانوني معتمد (CPA) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6-7 سنوات في مجال المالية.

Role Purpose
Serve as the embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams while driving profitability and cost optimization across all entertainment destinations.

Serve as the embedded finance business partner for Operations, providing financial leadership, strategic insights, and decision support to venue management teams while driving profitability and cost optimization across all entertainment destinations.
Key Accountabilities
- Own venue P&L performance by managing the financial results for assigned destinations, analyzing revenue streams (tickets, F&B, retail, attractions), monitoring operating costs, and driving actions to achieve EBITDA and profitability targets
- Provide financial business partnering by serving as a trusted advisor to venue and operations managers, participating in operational planning discussions, translating financial data into actionable insights, and influencing decisions at the idea stage rather than just validating numbers
- Analyze operational metrics by tracking key performance indicators including per capita spend, attendance versus forecast, revenue per visitor, labor cost ratios, and F&B margins, and recommending improvements to optimize performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with venue managers to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, incorporating seasonality patterns, event calendars, and operational capacity into financial plans, and providing variance analysis with corrective recommendations
- Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to reduce operating costs without compromising guest experience, analyzing labor scheduling efficiency, monitoring vendor costs, and implementing cost control initiatives in partnership with operations leadership
- Ensure financial controls by overseeing cash handling procedures at venues, monitoring inventory management and shrinkage, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and supporting internal and external audits of operational areas
- Develop and lead the team by setting objectives for operations finance analysts, providing coaching and mentorship, and building a high-performing team that delivers value to the business
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (minimum) Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Advanced Degree : MBA preferred
- Certified Management Accountant (preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (advantageous)
