نحن في Zeppelin Systems GmbH نبحث عن مهندس أتمتة وتشغيل (Siemens PLC Automation & Commissioning Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستقوم بتقديم دعم التشغيل والخدمة لأنظمة الأتمتة، وضمان الأداء الموثوق من التثبيت إلى التشغيل طويل الأمد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • برمجة واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة Siemens PLC (S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500) باستخدام TIA Portal / Step 7
  • تهيئة ودمج أنظمة HMI/SCADA (WinCC, WinCC Unified)
  • تنفيذ بدء التشغيل في الموقع، بما في ذلك اختبارات الحلقات والتحقق من I/O والاختبارات الوظيفية
  • استكشاف أخطاء أنظمة الأتمتة وإصلاحها، بما في ذلك الأجهزة والبرامج وشبكات الاتصالات (PROFINET, PROFIBUS)
  • تحسين أداء النظام وتنفيذ التحسينات أثناء مراحل التشغيل
  • إعداد وصيانة الوثائق الفنية، بما في ذلك تقارير FAT/SAT وسجلات التشغيل
  • تقديم الدعم عن بُعد وفي الموقع لأنظمة الأتمتة المثبتة
  • تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال والإنذارات ومشاكل أنظمة التحكم
  • إجراء الصيانة الوقائية وفحوصات صحة النظام وتحديثات البرامج الثابتة
  • دعم العملاء في الأسئلة التشغيلية وضبط النظام والتعديلات البسيطة
  • المشاركة في عقود الخدمة ونوبات الطوارئ
  • تدريب المستخدمين النهائيين على تشغيل النظام وإجراءات السلامة واستكشاف الأخطاء الأساسي

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس (أو ما يعادلها) في هندسة الأتمتة أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة مثبتة في برمجة وتشغيل Siemens PLC
  • الاستعداد للسفر لتنفيذ مهام التشغيل والخدمة
  • خبرة في الصناعات التحويلية أو الإنتاج المستمر (مفضلة)

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بـ TIA Portal / Step 7، وأنظمة WinCC / SCADA، وبروتوكولات الاتصالات الصناعية (PROFINET, PROFIBUS)
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية ورسومات P&ID ومفاهيم التحكم
  • خبرة عملية في الأجهزة الميدانية والمحركات والشبكات الصناعية
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية واستكشاف أخطاء فعال
  • الإلمام بمحركات SINAMICS و PLCs الآمنة (ميزة إضافية)

We are looking for an experienced Siemens PLC Automation & Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver hands-on commissioning and service support for automation systems, ensuring reliable performance from installation through long-term operation.

Your Responsibilities

Automation & Commissioning

  • Program, test, and commission Siemens PLC systems (S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500) using TIA Portal / Step 7
  • Configure and integrate HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, WinCC Unified)
  • Execute on-site startup, including loop checks, I/O verification, and functional testing
  • Troubleshoot automation systems, including hardware, software, and communication networks (PROFINET, PROFIBUS)
  • Optimize system performance and implement improvements during commissioning phases
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including FAT/SAT reports and commissioning records


Service & Technical Support

  • Provide remote and on-site support for installed automation systems
  • Diagnose and resolve faults, alarms, and control system issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, and firmware updates
  • Support customers with operational questions, system tuning, and minor modifications
  • Participate in service contracts and emergency call-out rotations
  • Train end-users on system operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Proven experience in Siemens PLC programming and commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of: TIA Portal / Step 7, WinCC / SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, PROFIBUS)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control concepts
  • Hands-on experience with field instrumentation, drives, and industrial networks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to travel for commissioning and service assignments
  • Experience in process industries or continuous production (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SINAMICS drives & safety PLCs (advantageous)
