تعلن شركة Haraakah | حركة، الرائدة في إدارة الفعاليات الرياضية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمتخصصة في برامج العافية المؤسسية والتجارب الرياضية المبتكرة، عن حاجتها لتعيين مدرب يوجا (Yoga Instructor) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقعها بمدينة العلا.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وقيادة جلسات يوجا جماعية في إطار برامج العافية المؤسسية والفعاليات الرياضية.
- تكييف تسلسلات التمارين لتتناسب مع مستويات اللياقة المختلفة للمشاركين.
- ضمان بيئة آمنة وشاملة لجميع المشاركين.
- التعاون مع فرق الفعاليات والعافية لدمج اليوجا ضمن الأنشطة الأوسع والمساهمة في تصميم البرامج.
- تقديم إرشادات حول تقنيات التنفس والمحاذاة الصحيحة والوعي الذهني.
- التفاعل مع العملاء والمشاركين وجمع الملاحظات لتعزيز المشاركة المستمرة في مبادرات الصحة والعافية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة تدريب معتمدة لتعليم اليوجا (مثل 200 ساعة أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة سابقة في قيادة فصول يوجا جماعية.
- معرفة بأساسيات الممارسة الآمنة والتشريح البسيط والعلاقة بين النشاط البدني والصحة العقلية.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة تتناسب مع مواعيد الفعاليات والبيئة الديناميكية الموجهة للعملاء.
- الإلمام بالسياق الثقافي السعودي يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة في مجال العافية المؤسسية أو التدريس المرتبط بالفعاليات الرياضية تُعد ميزة مفضلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في تدريس اليوجا مع إتقان أنماط مثل الأشتانجا (Ashtanga) والفينياسا (Vinyasa).
- مهارات تدريسية عالية تشمل تصميم الجلسات وتوجيه المشاركين وتكييف الفصول وفقاً للاحتياجات المختلفة.
- مهارات تواصل واضحة ومتعاطفة لتحفيز المشاركين وشرح التقنيات والتعاون مع الفرق الداخلية.

Role Description The Yoga Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al ‘Ulá, responsible for delivering high-quality yoga sessions within corporate wellness programs and sports events.
