About the role

As our Digital Services Specialist for KSA, you will support customers using Oxford University Press digital products and platforms across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Acting as part of the Global Customer Support team, you will support teachers, administrators, and students with purchasing, registration, access, and day-to-day use of our digital learning solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from OUP’s digital offerings by delivering product training, resolving technical and user-related issues, and providing guidance on the effective use of our platforms. The role also involves developing customer-facing support materials, including user guides, tutorials, and training resources in both English and Arabic.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and regional Educational Consultant teams, you will help drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term engagement. This is a highly customer-facing role that combines technical troubleshooting, relationship building, training delivery, and continuous support within a hybrid working environment.

This position is open only to Saudi nationals due to applicable Saudi workforce nationalization requirements.

Key qualifications and skills include:

• Native Arabic and a good command of English (at least A2/B1 level)
• A university degree in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) or a related field
• Knowledge of English Language Teaching (ELT), educational technology, or digital learning platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with online platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and educational technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive problem-solving approach and customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work across different teams and priorities.
• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
