نبذة عن الوظيفة

كجزء من ممارسة الأمن السيبراني في Accenture، ستقوم بتحديد وتنفيذ بنى أمنية لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والأنظمة الوكيلة (agentic systems) في بيئات المؤسسات. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع قيادة العملاء لترجمة متطلبات أمن الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى تصاميم قابلة للتطوير والإنتاج، وضمان الاعتماد الآمن للتقنيات الناشئة مع الحفاظ على المرونة والثقة. ستلعب دوراً محورياً في مساعدة المؤسسات على تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي الآمن والمسؤول، وضمان تضمين الأمن في بنى الذكاء الاصطناعي من مرحلة التصميم حتى النشر، مع تمكين الابتكار على نطاق واسع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم بنى أمنية شاملة لأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي (AI/ML) والأنظمة الوكيلة، تشمل خطوط البيانات، وتطوير النماذج واستضافتها، وطبقات الاستدلال، والهوية، والضوابط الأمنية المرتبطة.
  • ترجمة أطر عمل Accenture لأمن الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى بنى عملية قابلة للتنفيذ تتكيف مع بيئات العملاء واحتياجات أعمالهم.
  • قيادة أنشطة نمذجة التهديدات وتقييم المخاطر لأعباء عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتحديد استراتيجيات تخفيف واضحة وأنماط تصميم آمنة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادات في الأمن السيبراني أو بنية السحابة (مثل CISSP وCCSP وشهادات أمن سحابية).
  • خبرة عملية في تأمين نماذج اللغات الكبيرة (LLMs) أو الأنظمة الوكيلة أو التطبيقات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع ضمن منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC) أو أسواق مماثلة.

Role Overview

As part of Accenture’s Cybersecurity practice, you will define and deliver secure architectures for AI and agentic systems across enterprise environments. You will work closely with client leadership to translate AI security requirements into scalable, production-ready designs, ensuring secure adoption of emerging technologies while maintaining resilience and trust.

What You’ll Do


  • Design end-to-end security architectures for AI/ML and agentic systems, covering data pipelines, model development and hosting, inference layers, identity, and associated security controls.
  • Translate Accenture AI Security frameworks into practical, implementable architectures tailored to client environments and business needs.
  • Lead threat modeling and risk assessment activities for AI workloads, defining clear mitigation strategies and secure design patterns.
  • Evaluate and recommend secure AI solutions and platforms, including guardrails, runtime protection, AI security posture management (AI-SPM), model scanning, and LLM gateways.
  • Provide technical leadership on engagements, setting direction for delivery teams and guiding consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate directly with client architects, security leaders, and CISOs to validate designs and support implementation into production environments.
  • Contribute to shaping security strategy and architecture for AI transformation programs across industries.


    • What You’ll Bring


  • Strong background in security architecture across cloud, identity, network, and data domains, with deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform.
  • Practical understanding of AI/ML systems, including common architectures and key security challenges across the lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of the secure AI tooling landscape, with the ability to objectively assess and align solutions to client requirements.
  • Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring team members within complex delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior client leaders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear architectural guidance and actionable recommendations.

  • Certifications in cybersecurity or cloud architecture (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, cloud security certifications).
  • Hands-on experience securing LLMs, agentic systems, or AI-enabled applications.
  • Experience delivering projects within the GCC region or similar markets.
