نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن أخصائي متمرس وذو خبرة في إدارة الهوية الرقمية وأمن الوصول للانضمام إلى فريق الأمن السيبراني. في هذا الدور، ستكون في طليعة حماية بيانات المؤسسة وأنظمتها وتطبيقاتها من خلال تشغيل وتحسين مجموعة واسعة من حلول الأمن المؤسسي عبر البيئات المحلية (On-Premises) والسحابية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وتشغيل مجموعة من حلول الأمن، تشمل: مراقبة سلامة الملفات (NNT Change Tracker)، حماية قواعد البيانات (Imperva)، منع تسرب البيانات (Microsoft DLP)، تصنيف البيانات وحماية المعلومات (Microsoft Purview)، الكشف والاستجابة للنقاط الطرفية ومنصات مكافحة الفيروسات، وأمن التطبيقات وواجهات API (FortiWeb).
  • دفع عجلة التحسين المستمر من خلال تحديد وفتح الميزات غير المستغلة في الأدوات الأمنية الحالية لتعظيم القيمة الأمنية والتجارية.
  • تصميم وصيانة البنى الأمنية عبر طبقات النظام والبيانات والتطبيقات في البيئات المحلية والسحابية.
  • تحديد ومعالجة الثغرات الأمنية وسوء التكوين ومخاطر التعرض، بما في ذلك التهديدات المتعلقة بالويب وواجهات API.
  • ضمان الامتثال التشغيلي من خلال الحفاظ على تحديث جميع الحلول الأمنية وتصحيحها وفقاً لتوصيات البائعين والمعايير الأمنية الداخلية.
  • دعم أنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث المتعلقة بتسرب البيانات وتهديدات النقاط الطرفية وهجمات التطبيقات أو API، والمساهمة بالخبرة الفنية في عمليات التدقيق والتقييم وتقارير الامتثال.
  • الترويج لأفضل الممارسات من خلال قيادة تحسينات العمليات والأنظمة ومشاركة المعرفة عبر الفريق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة تتراوح بين 4 إلى 7+ سنوات في مجالات أمن النظام أو البيانات أو النقاط الطرفية أو التطبيقات.
  • خبرة عملية متقدمة في تقنيات حماية البيانات وأمن النقاط الطرفية وأمن التطبيقات وواجهات API.
  • فهم قوي لضوابط حماية البيانات وتصلب الأنظمة (System Hardening) ومبادئ أمن التطبيقات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في دعم البيئات الهجينة (محلية وسحابية).
  • مهارات متميزة في استكشاف الأخطاء وتحليل السبب الجذري مع عقلية التحسين المستمر.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان عملي لأدوات الأمن مثل NNT Change Tracker، Imperva، Microsoft DLP، Microsoft Purview، منصات EDR/Malware Protection، وFortiWeb.
  • معرفة متعمقة بمفاهيم حماية البيانات، تصلب الأنظمة، وأمن التطبيقات وواجهات API.
  • القدرة على تصميم وصيانة البنى الأمنية في البيئات المختلطة.
  • الشهادات الأمنية ذات الصلة (مثل CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) تُعد ميزة قوية.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Identity & Security Access Management Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of protecting our organization's data, systems, and applications - operating and continuously improving a broad portfolio of enterprise security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities


  • Administer and operate a suite of security solutions, including:
  • File Integrity Monitoring (NNT Change Tracker)
  • Database Protection (Imperva)
  • Data Loss Prevention (Microsoft DLP)
  • Data Classification & Information Protection (Microsoft Purview)
  • Endpoint Detection & Response and Anti-Virus platforms
  • Application & API Security (FortiWeb)
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and unlocking unutilized features within existing security tools to maximize business and security value.
  • Design and maintain security architectures across system, data, and application layers in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Identify and remediate security gaps, misconfigurations, and exposure risks - including web and API-related threats.
  • Ensure operational hygiene by keeping all security solutions patched, updated, and aligned with vendor recommendations and internal security standards.
  • Support incident response activities related to data leakage, endpoint threats, and application or API attacks, and contribute technical expertise to audits, assessments, and compliance reporting.
  • Champion best practices by leading process and system improvements and sharing knowledge across the team.

    • Qualifications


  • 4-7+ years of experience in system, data, endpoint, or application security domains.
  • Hands-on expertise with data protection, endpoint security, and application/API security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data protection controls, system hardening, and application security principles.
  • Proven experience supporting hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
  • Sharp troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are a strong advantage.
