تدعوكم شركة Accenture Middle East لشغل وظيفة مدير التخطيط والجدولة في الرياض، السعودية. ستتولى مسؤولية قيادة عناصر الرقابة على المشاريع وتطوير وإدارة جداول البرامج على نطاق واسع في مشاريع مراكز البيانات الضخمة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

هذا دور قيادي رئيسي في الرقابة على المشاريع، حيث يتركز العمل على تطوير وإدارة وصيانة جداول برامج متينة عبر مشاريع مراكز بيانات ضخمة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق إدارة المشاريع والتجارية والهندسة والبناء، وتقدم القيادة في الجدولة وتحليل الأداء والتنبؤ وإعداد تقارير التقدم لضمان تسليم البرنامج بنجاح. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح الناجح بخبرة واسعة في مجال مراكز البيانات من بيئة إدارة المشاريع أو الاستشارات الإنشائية أو من جهة العميل، وأن يمتلك فهماً عميقاً لتخطيط البرامج والرقابة عليها وإعداد التقارير ضمن مشاريع رأسمالية معقدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة عبر برامج مراكز البيانات الرئيسية بدءاً من التصميم وحتى التشغيل والتسليم.
  • تطوير وصيانة وإدارة الجداول الرئيسية المتكاملة بما يتوافق مع أهداف البرنامج.
  • وضع معايير الرقابة على المشاريع والتخطيط عبر مشاريع متعددة ومسارات عمل.
  • مراقبة التقدم وأداء الجدول مقابل الخطوط الأساسية المعتمدة.
  • إجراء تحليل الجدولة وتقييم المسار الحرج وتقييم مخاطر البرنامج.
  • تقديم تنبؤات دقيقة وتحليلات سيناريوهات لدعم اتخاذ القرار لدى العميل.
  • إعداد تقارير ولوحات بيانات وعروض تقديمية على المستوى التنفيذي لأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
  • مراقبة وإدارة التغييرات في الجدول والتأخيرات وخطط التعافي.
  • تنسيق أنشطة التخطيط مع المقاولين والاستشاريين وفرق العميل وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • قيادة اجتماعات مراجعة الجدول ومناقشات أداء البرنامج.
  • دعم أنشطة إدارة المخاطر من خلال تحديد مخاطر الجدول ووضع خطط التخفيف.
  • التعاون مع فرق التجارة ورقابة المشاريع لمواءمة تقارير الجدول والتكاليف.
  • توجيه وتطوير مهندسي التخطيط والمهنيين المبتدئين في الرقابة على المشاريع.
  • قيادة التحسين المستمر في عمليات التخطيط والأنظمة ومنهجيات إعداد التقارير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في أدوار التخطيط والجدولة أو الرقابة على المشاريع.
  • خبرة واسعة في دعم مشاريع مراكز البيانات على نطاق واسع، ويفضل أن تكون مرافق واسعة النطاق أو حيوية المهمة.
  • مستخدم خبير لبرنامج Primavera P6 وأدوات الرقابة المتقدمة على المشاريع.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وإدارة جداول رئيسية متكاملة ومعقدة.
  • حاصل على درجة جامعية في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • الشهادات المهنية من APM أو PMI أو PSP أو AACE أو ما يعادلها مرغوب فيها.
  • الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع الشرق الأوسط مرغوب فيها للغاية.

About the role:

This is a key project controls leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining robust programme schedules across large-scale Data Centre projects.

Working closely with project management, commercial, engineering, and construction teams, you will provide schedule leadership, performance analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting to ensure successful programme delivery.

The successful candidate will bring extensive Data Centre experience from a PMC, construction consultancy, or client-side environment and possess a deep understanding of programme planning, controls, and reporting within complex capital projects

In this role you will:


  • Lead planning and scheduling activities across major Data Centre programmes from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules aligned with programme objectives.
  • Establish project controls and planning standards across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Monitor progress and schedule performance against approved baselines.
  • Conduct schedule analysis, critical path assessments, and programme risk evaluations.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and scenario analysis to support client decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and planning presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage schedule changes, delays, and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate planning activities with contractors, consultants, client teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead schedule review meetings and programme performance discussions.
  • Support risk management activities through schedule risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Collaborate with commercial and project controls teams to align schedule and cost reporting.
  • Mentor and develop planning engineers and junior project controls professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and reporting methodologies.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls roles.
  • Extensive experience supporting large-scale Data Centre projects, ideally hyperscale or mission-critical facilities
  • Expert user of Primavera P6 and advanced project controls tools.
  • Proven experience developing and managing complex integrated master schedules.
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional accreditation with APM, PMI, PSP, AACE, or equivalent is desirable.
  • Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable.
