انضم إلى أكسنتشر الشرق الأوسط في الرياض كمدير تسليم أمني (Security Delivery Manager) - للسعوديين فقط. ستكون خبيراً في المجال، وتعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لاتخاذ قرارات حاسمة وإدارة تسليم الحوكمة الأمنية، مع فرصة تشكيل استراتيجيات أمنية وتنفيذ حلول مبتكرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة التسليم الكامل لمشاريع الأمن والبنية التحتية في مجالات الشبكات، وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)، وأمن نقاط النهاية.
  • إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبالجودة المطلوبة.
  • تقديم الإشراف الفني على أمن الشبكات (جدران الحماية، موازنات الأحمال، شبكات VPN)، وحلول IAM، ومنصات حماية نقاط النهاية.
  • ضمان التوافق مع معايير الأمان وأطر الحوكمة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • دفع تنفيذ حلول الأمان وتكاملها وتحسينها.
  • تتبع تقدم المشروع والمخاطر والاعتماديات، وضمان التخفيف الفعال وإعداد التقارير.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة جيدة بأمن الشبكات (Network Security).
  • معرفة جيدة بإدارة الهوية والوصول / إدارة الوصول المميز (IAM/PAM).
  • فهم جيد لأمن نقاط النهاية (Endpoint Security).
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والتنسيق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الجنسية السعودية (Saudi Nationals Only).
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة التسليم / قيادة المشاريع (Delivery Management / Project Leadership).
  • خبرة في إدارة الفرق والموردين الخارجيين.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of security and infrastructure projects across network, IAM, and endpoint domains
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Provide technical oversight on network security (firewalls, load balancers, VPNs), IAM solutions, and endpoint protection platforms
  • Ensure alignment with security standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
  • Drive implementation, integration, and optimization of security solutions
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and reporting
  • Good knowledge of Network Security
  • Good knowledge in IAM/PAM
  • Good understanding of Endpoint Security
  • Proven experience in delivery management / project leadership
  • Experience managing teams and third-party vendors
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
