تعلن شركة Accenture Middle East، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في الخدمات المهنية، عن توفر وظيفة "Security Delivery Associate Manager" في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة العمليات اليومية لوظائف هندسة الأمن السيبراني والإشراف عليها، مع ضمان الحماية عبر أمن الشبكات وأمن نقاط النهاية وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) وإدارة الثغرات.
  • إدارة فريق من متخصصي الأمن السيبراني وتقديم التوجيه والإشراف الفني والإرشاد.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ إجراءات أمنية فعالة لحماية البيانات والأنظمة الحساسة، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • قيادة مبادرات التحول السيبراني الهادفة إلى تحسين الوضع الأمني للمنظمة.
  • تطوير وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير أمنية لضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • قيادة جهود الاستجابة للحوادث وضمان معالجة الثغرات والمخاطر المحددة في الوقت المناسب.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لدمج الإجراءات الأمنية في العمليات التشغيلية ونشر التقنيات الجديدة.
  • تقديم تقارير التقدم والحالة التشغيلية للعملاء، مع ضمان التوافق مع أهداف الأمن وأهداف العمل.
  • ضمان توافر الخدمات والبنية التحتية الحيوية وسلامتها وسريتها.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التهديدات والاتجاهات والتقنيات في مجال الأمن السيبراني، والتوصية بالتحسينات بشكل استباقي.
  • قيادة أو المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق والمراجعات الأمنية وجهود الامتثال التنظيمي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في عمليات الأمن السيبراني والهندسة والتحول.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتأمين الأنظمة في مجالات أمن الشبكات وأمن نقاط النهاية وإدارة الثغرات وإدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM).
  • مهارات قيادية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة فرق الأمن السيبراني وتوجيههم.
  • فهم عميق لأطر الأمن والمتطلبات التنظيمية (مثل NIST وISO وSAMA وNCA وغيرها).
  • خبرة عملية مع أدوات ومنصات أمنية مثل جدران الحماية (firewalls) والبروكسي وبوابات البريد الإلكتروني وحلول كشف واكتشاف نقاط النهاية (EDR) ونظام إدارة الأحداث والمعلومات الأمنية (SIEM) ومنصات IAM وأنظمة إدارة الثغرات.
  • القدرة على العمل مع العملاء لعرض تقارير عمليات الأمن ومعالجة المخاوف الأمنية وتقديم توصيات استراتيجية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات وخبرة في إدارة الحوادث والاستجابة لها.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية مع القدرة على تقديم محتوى تقني لأصحاب المصلحة التقنيين وغير التقنيين.
  • القدرة على تعدد المهام وإدارة الوقت بفعالية في بيئة ديناميكية.
  • الشهادات المفضلة: CISSP، CISM، CEH أو غيرها من الشهادات ذات الصلة في الأمن السيبراني.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القيادة والإشراف الفني للفريق.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of cybersecurity engineering functions, ensuring protection across network security, endpoint security, IAM, and vulnerability management.
  • Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, technical oversight, and mentorship.
  • Design and implement effective security measures to protect sensitive data and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive cyber transformation initiatives aimed at improving the security posture of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead incident response efforts and ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into operational processes and new technology deployments.
  • Present progress reports and operational status to clients, ensuring alignment with security objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical services and infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Lead or participate in audits, security reviews, and regulatory compliance efforts.


    • Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, and transformation.
  • Proven expertise in managing and securing systems within the domains of network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IAM.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring cybersecurity teams.
  • In-depth understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, SAMA, NCA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with security tools and platforms such as firewalls, Proxy, Email Gateways, EDR solutions, SIEM, IAM platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
  • Ability to work with clients to present security operations reports, resolve security concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with incident management and response.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.


    • Preferred Certifications:


  • CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
