KitchenPark تبحث عن محلل عقاري (Real Estate Analyst) للانضمام إلى فريق قسم العقارات في مكتبها بالرياض، للمساهمة في تحديد الفرص الاستثمارية وتحليل السوق العقاري في المملكة.

نحن في KitchenPark نعمل على تحويل العقارات غير المستغلة إلى مطابخ ذكية لمساعدة رواد الأعمال في قطاع المطاعم على النجاح في توصيل الطعام عبر الإنترنت. نسعى لإحداث ثورة في صناعة الطعام من خلال البنية التحتية الذكية، ونبحث عن محلل عقاري مبتدئ متحمس للعمل في بيئة سريعة النمو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد مصادر العقارات الجديدة وأصحاب العقارات والمناطق البلدية.
- التفاوض مع الملاك وأصحاب العقارات.
- إجراء أبحاث وتحليلات شاملة للسوق لتحديد الاتجاهات والفرص والمخاطر العقارية.
- إعداد نماذج مالية مفصلة وتوقعات ودراسات جدوى للاستثمارات والتطويرات المحتملة.
- المساعدة في إعداد مذكرات الاستثمار والعروض التقديمية والتقارير لأصحاب المصلحة.
- مراقبة وتحليل المؤشرات الاقتصادية الرئيسية والتغيرات التنظيمية والديناميكيات السوقية المؤثرة في قطاع العقارات في المملكة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (المالية والقانونية والتطوير) لدعم عمليات اتخاذ القرار.
- صيانة وتحديث قواعد البيانات العقارية وضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خريج جديد حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مدنية، إنشائية، ميكانيكية، كهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة).
- فهم جيد لسوق العقارات التجارية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قوي للنمذجة المالية وبرنامج Excel وأدوات تحليل البيانات.
- مهارات تحليلية وكمية ممتازة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، مع القدرة على تقديم المعلومات المعقدة بشكل واضح وموجز.
- الفضول والشغف لفهم تحديات العملاء والتعلم المستمر.
- الجرأة والاجتهاد والدافع الداخلي لتحقيق الأهداف.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst in our Real Estate division to support our team in sourcing new properties across Saudi Arabia, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis (ideally commercial real estate), financial modelling, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Source new properties, landlords and local authority areas
- Negotiate with owner and/or landlords
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Saudi Arabia
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
