الهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع تعلن عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي تمريض لوحدة الحروق في ينبع، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المستشفى وقيمه وأهدافه، والعمل على تعزيز بيئة خدمة العملاء والسلامة.
- متابعة الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة في حال وجود أي مخالفات.
- حضور 75% من اجتماعات القسم والمراجعة السنوية وتحقيق الكفاءات السنوية المطلوبة.
- المشاركة في التعليم المستمر وإثبات التطوير المهني المستمر.
- إعداد التقارير المطلوبة والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات التنظيمية.
- تقديم رعاية شاملة للمرضى بجانب السرير وفق مبادئ الرعاية المتعددة الثقافات.
- العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الأطباء والموظفين للحفاظ على علاقات عمل إيجابية.
- الامتثال للوائح الوطنية ومعايير الجودة العالمية (JCI) وإجراءات مكافحة العدوى والسلامة.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والمتغيرات غير الطبيعية فور حدوثها عبر نظام الإبلاغ الإلكتروني (EOVR).
- مساعدة الممرضين المسؤولين في تقديم الرعاية المباشرة للمرضى ضمن وحدة الحروق.
- تطبيق إجراءات التمريض الأساسية: قياس العلامات الحيوية، إعطاء الأدوية، العناية بالجروح، والمساعدة في الأنشطة اليومية.
- مراقبة والمشاركة في الإجراءات السريرية والتعليمية داخل الوحدة.
- التواصل الفعّال والتعاطفي مع المرضى وأسرهم وتقديم الدعم العاطفي والتوعية الصحية.
- المساعدة في تقييم المرضى من خلال جمع التاريخ الصحي والإبلاغ الفوري عن أي تغيرات في حالتهم.
- توثيق جميع جوانب الرعاية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد ضمن السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق متعدد التخصصات والجلسات التعليمية وطلب التغذية الراجعة من المشرفين.
- التأكد من الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة ومكافحة العدوى لضمان بيئة آمنة للمرضى والموظفين.
- إجراء تقييم شامل للمرضى عند القبول وتطوير خطط رعاية فردية تحت إشراف الممرض المسؤول.
- إعطاء الأدوية والعلاجات حسب الوصفات الطبية ومراقبة الاستجابة والآثار الجانبية.

Organizational Responsibilities (applicable to all staff)
1. Adheres, comply, follow, assist, Review in implementation and interpretation RCMC Policy and Procedure (computer system) annually.
2. Adheres to and promotes the established values of the organization, i.e., mission, ethics and goals of the hospital, customer service, safety, compliance standards and all others.
3. Monitor compliance with legislative requirements and organization polices and procedure and take appropriate action to correct any area of non-compliance.
4. Attends and actively participates in meetings of committees as assigned. Assists in data collection for quality improvement.
5. Attend 75% of all department meetings & annual review and annual departmental competencies.
6. Demonstrable ongoing and active continuous education. Maintain RCMC annual competencies.
7. Prepare reports (as required).
8. Adhere to RCMC dress code, Wears identification while on duty.
9. Adhere to chain of command & Maintains organizational confidentiality at all times.
10. Perform holistic Basic & Bedside patient Care.
11. Perform other duties related the work as assigned by the Manager as needed.
12. Works at maintaining a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with physicians and staff.
13. Maintains regulatory requirements including national and JCI regulations.
14. Excellent attendance record.
15. Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community.
16. Resolves personnel concerns at the departmental level, utilizing the grievance process as required.

19. Reports any negative, abnormal or unexpected event/incident as soon as possible after its occurrence by filling the Electronic Occurrence Variance Report. (EOVR).
Job-Specific Administrative Tasks

Job-Specific Technical Tasks (Medical / Surgical Staff Nurse)
1. The OJT staff nurse is expected to have knowledge of all clinical aspect related to this area but not be directly involved.
2. Assist registered nurses and healthcare team members in providing direct patient care.
3. Applying basic nursing procedures, including but not limited to, taking vital signs, administering medications, wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living.
4. Observe and participate in various clinical procedures, treatments, and interventions.
5. Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education as appropriate.
6. Assist in patient assessment, including gathering health history, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
7. Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
8. Understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy in handling patient information.
9. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
10. Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and educational sessions.
11. Attend educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training programs to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
12. Seek feedback from preceptors and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and professional growth.

15. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission to the unit you are working, gathering information on their medical history, current condition, and treatment goals
2.1.1 Develop individualized nursing care plans based on the assessment data, patient preferences, and evidence-based practice guidelines under the supervision of Staff Nurse.
2.1.2 Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to establish short-term and long-term goals for patient care.
2.1.3 Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with institutional protocols.
2.1.4 Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to therapy, intervening promptly by addressing the changes.
2.1.5 Provide wound care, perform sterile procedures, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
2.1.6 Displays professionalism while completing multiple urgent tasks in a timely manner.
2.1.7 Assists in maintaining by checking the equipment.
2.2.1 Provides individualized patient/family education.
2.2.2 Documents patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention and progress towards problem resolution.
2.2.3 Prepares and administers and records medications. Reports any adverse reactions to medications or treatments to the SN or your TL.
2.2.4 Maintains proper supplies and appropriate medical equipment to care for patients.
2.2.5 Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms.
2.2.6 Practicing infection control methods/ protocols.
2.2.7 Reading and interpreting patient charts; Detecting unusual patient behavior related to specific health conditions and reporting it prompt manner.
2.2.8 Initiates emergency resuscitative measures according to adult resuscitation protocols.
2.2.9 Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

2.2.2 Provides care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the adult or elderly patient’s and family’s diversity.
2.2.1 Patient Assessment and Care Delivery:
I. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psychological, and social dimensions.

III. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
IV. Monitor patient responses to interventions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans accordingly.
