Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote Vara Chocolate’s products and brand, including in-store campaigns, local partnerships, and digital activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, supporting sales promotions, and developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the shop team to improve customer engagement, ensure consistent brand messaging, and track the performance of marketing activities. The role also involves coordinating customer-facing events, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends to inform marketing decisions.
• Experience in Sales support and Customer Service within a retail or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategy for local and in-store campaigns.
• Relevant experience in marketing, retail, or food and beverage industries is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is beneficial.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
