شركة Amentum تعلن عن توفر وظيفة ميكانيكي هيكل طائرات (Aviation H-60 Structural Airframe Mechanic - AM) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتطلب الوظيفة مهارات متقدمة في صيانة طائرات H-60 على المستويات التنظيمية والمتوسطة ومستودعات الصيانة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء عمليات الفحص في فترات الصيانة المخططة (PMI) والصيانة التنظيمية والمتوسطة ومستودعات الصيانة لطائرات H-60.
  • تشخيص واختبار وفحص وإصلاح المكونات الهيدروليكية وأسطح التحكم في الطيران والمضخات ومعدات الهبوط والإطارات والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية والضغطية.
  • إجراء الصيانة والإصلاح للمجموعات الرئيسية والمجموعات الفرعية والأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية وما يتعلق بها.
  • الفحص والتشخيص واكتشاف الأعطال وعزلها واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة على المكونات الهيدروليكية والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
  • المسؤولية عن جميع وثائق الصيانة والنماذج والسجلات والتقارير باستخدام المراجع والمنشورات المناسبة بما في ذلك NAMP.
  • تشغيل وصيانة جميع معدات الدعم الأرضي المناسبة، وتحديد واستخدام وصيانة جميع الأدوات الشائعة والخاصة والدقيقة المتاحة.
  • تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للفنيين السعوديين وغيرهم من الموظفين، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على سجلات التدريب المناسبة.
  • الامتثال لسياسات السلامة والجودة والإجراءات التشغيلية حسب متطلبات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة حالية أو سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في أعمال الصفائح المعدنية المعقدة للطائرات المروحية والهياكل والأعمال الميكانيكية (فحص، تجميع/تفكيك، إصلاح، استبدال، تشخيص، فحوصات ضبط، اختبار) للمكونات الهيدروليكية وهياكل الطائرات ومجموعة معدات الهبوط ومجموعة الجسر وأنظمة رأس الدوار.
  • القدرة على تركيب وضبط ومحاذاة وإجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية/التشغيلية النهائية على أنظمة الطائرات الرئيسية: المكونات الهيدروليكية، المضخات، شفرات الدوار الرئيسي/الذيل، أنظمة التحكم في الطيران وضبط التحكم في الطيران.
  • فك وإعادة تجميع المكونات/الأنظمة الفرعية وتحديد الإصلاحات المطلوبة وإكمال إجراءات الفحص.
  • فحص المكونات بصريًا بحثًا عن التآكل والتلف غير السليم والتعديلات.
  • القدرة على استخدام أدوات القياس الدقيقة والأدوات الخاصة والموازين ومنصات الاختبار ومصادر الطاقة الخارجية.
  • معرفة تكوين وتشغيل وتركيب وضبط الأنظمة الرئيسية المترابطة مثل الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والهوائية وهياكل الطائرات وإصلاح الأسطح ومعدات الهبوط.
  • فحص الدعامات الرئيسية وصدمات العجلة الذيلية والدعامات للكشف عن التشققات والتلف والأمان والتسربات والتشحيم.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية.
  • مطلوب QAR/CDQAR أو A&P أو ما يعادله عسكريًا (Army 15G Technical Inspector، Restricted Technical Inspector، Air Force 2A773، أو ما يعادلها من التخصصات العسكرية).
  • التفضيلات: خبرة في ضبط التحكم في الطيران لطائرات H-60، مؤهل في الطلاء والتشطيف، خلفية كـ Navy AM HSM HSC أو Army 15G أو Air Force 2A773 HH-60.
  • القدرة على الحصول على فحص خلفية NAC(T3) واختبار المخدرات، والحصول على تفويض المنشأة، وقد يتطلب الحصول على تصريح أمني سري.

Description:

Position requires a skilled structural mechanic with the to perform Planned Maintenance Interval Inspections (PMI), Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on H-60 helicopters, which also includes troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs of hydraulic components, flight controls, pumps, landing gear, tires, hydraulic, pneumatic, rigging, and pressurized systems.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Current or previous experience performing H-60 helicopter maintenance to include but not limited to:
  • Performing maintenance and repair of major assemblies, subassemblies, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related systems.
  • Perform inspection, troubleshooting, fault detection, fault isolation, and appropriate corrective actions on hydraulic components and related systems.
  • Responsible for all maintenance documentations, applicable forms, records, and reports using appropriate references and other publications including the NAMP.
  • Operate and maintain all applicable ground support equipment. Identify, use and maintain all common, special, and precision tools available for power plant maintenance and repair.
  • Provide On-the-Job-Training (OJT) for Saudi technicians and other personnel to include maintaining appropriate training records to document training.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • 8 years current or previous experience performing complex helicopter sheet metal, structures, and mechanical work to include but not limited to: inspection, assembly/ disassembly, repair, replace, troubleshooting, rig checks, test of a variety of hydraulic components, airframes, landing gear assembly, bridge assembly, and rotor head systems.
  • Installs, adjusts, aligns, and performs final functional/ operational tests on a variety of major aircraft systems, assemblies, sub-assemblies, components: hydraulic servo’s, pumps, main/tail rotor blades, flight controls systems and flight control rigging.
  • Disassemble, and reassemble components/sub-systems and determines the required repairs, completes check out procedures to ensure proper operation.
  • Visually check component for corrosion, improper wear, and adjustments.
  • Be able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments, special tools, scales, test stands, and external power sources.
  • Duties may include minor preservation on various components and blades.
  • Knowledge of the makeup, operation, installation, and adjustment of a variety of major interrelated and/or integrated aircraft systems, subsystems, and assemblies such as hydraulic, pneumatic systems, airframes, surface repair, and landing gear.
  • Inspect main mounts, and tail wheel shocks, struts for cracks, damage, security, leaks, and proper lubrication.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.
  • Must have QAR/CDQAR, or A&P or military equivalent such as Army 15G Technical Inspector or Restricted Technical Inspector, Air Force 2A773, or equivalent miliary MOS are required.

Preferences:

  • H-60 Flight Control Rigging.
  • Qualified aircraft paint and finish- preferred.
  • Navy Aviation Structural Mechanic AM HSM HSC or Army 15G, Air Force 2A773 HH-60, or equivalent miliary MOS.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NAC(T3) Background Investigation and drug test. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. May be required to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing.
