Are you a motivated Saudi graduate looking to begin your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a professional, international environment?

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Tamheer Trainee to join our team. Through the Tamheer program, you will have the opportunity to develop practical HR skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain exposure to different areas of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, and Organizational Development.

What You Will Learn & Contribute

As an HR Tamheer Trainee, you will support the HR team in day-to-day activities and participate in projects across different HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the preparation of HR reports, employee data, and workforce information for management.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and personnel information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Gathering and organizing information related to employees' training, skills, compensation, promotions, and career history.
• Supporting the HR team in analyzing information and identifying insights to assist with HR-related decisions.
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team throughout recruitment and selection activities.
• Supporting activities related to organizational structures and position management in line with corporate guidelines.
• Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of the HR budget by providing relevant information and analysis.
• Supporting the review of job titles and position classifications to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives while gaining exposure to HR processes, systems, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Saudi nationals eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Interested in building a career in Human Resources.
• Strong communicators with good interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
