برنامج APOLLO هو جهود ديناميكية ومركزة على المهمة تعمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى ومتطورة باستمرار. يجمع البرنامج محترفين موهوبين وتقنيات مبتكرة وخبرات متنوعة لحل التحديات المعقدة وتحقيق نتائج هادفة. في هذا الدور، ستكون مستشاراً موثوقاً للمخططين التشغيليين والمحللين والقادة من خلال تقديم رؤى عميقة حول الثقافة الإقليمية والديناميكيات السياسية والسلوك الاجتماعي والتأثيرات الدينية والعرقية وأنظمة المعلومات. ستساعد خبرتك في تشكيل عمليات البيئة المعلوماتية (OIE) والحرب غير النظامية (IW) وأنشطة التأثير الاستراتيجي من خلال ضمان أن تكون العمليات مستنيرة ثقافياً ودقيقة لغوياً ومصممة لإشراك الجماهير المستهدفة بفعالية مع تقليل العواقب غير المقصودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة ودعم المخططين التشغيليين بشأن الثقافة والسياسة ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتأثير الحكومي والجماعات الدينية والجماعات العرقية والأصوات المؤثرة الإيرانية.
- دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ OIE وIW (تطوير المحتوى) من خلال تقييم الصدى الثقافي، والدقة اللغوية، والرمزية، والمخاطر المحتملة.
- الترجمة والتحرير والنسخ وتحليل المواد الشفهية والمكتوبة، بما في ذلك التقارير والبيانات والإحاطات الإعلامية والمحادثات، والتي تشمل المعلومات المجموعة و/أو الاستخباراتية.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن خصائص/ديموغرافيات السكان ومحركات السلوك لتحسين فعالية OIE وIW وتمكين تحليل الجمهور المستهدف.

- دعم مراقبة وتحليل الوسائط التقليدية والرقمية والاجتماعية للاتجاهات والسلوكيات والأحداث والتطورات، وإنتاج تقارير ملخصة وتقييمات للجغرافيا السياسية المحلية وروايات وسائل الإعلام الأجنبية وأنشطة التأثير.
- دعم تحليل الجهات الفاعلة والعلاقات الرئيسية، وتفسير هياكل التأثير غير الرسمية (مثل القبلية والعائلية والدينية والمجتمعية)، وتحديد المسارات والفرص ذات المصداقية الثقافية التي تدعم التخطيط التشغيلي والحملات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- تصنيف أمني TS/SCI.
- 10+ سنوات خبرة في تقديم الدعم الثقافي و/أو اللغوي للعمليات العسكرية الأمريكية أو وكالة حكومية أمريكية.
- درجات اختبار لغة لا تقل عن 4/4/4 أو أعلى في اللغة الإنجليزية وإحدى اللغات: الفارسية، الدرية، الباشتو، أو العربية حسب الموقع.
- خبرة وفهم عميق للثقافة الإيرانية والسياسة والتأثير الحكومي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والجماعات الدينية والعرقية والديناميكيات الإقليمية.
- جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة قبل انتهاء الصلاحية.
- القدرة على الإحاطة والتقديم لمجموعات صغيرة وكبيرة.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Word وExcel وTeams وPowerPoint.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة منتشرة ودعم جداول زمنية ممتدة أو تعتمد على المناوبات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم OIE/IO أو PSYOP أو IW أو SOF أو الأنشطة أو الوحدات التشغيلية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة إقليمية حديثة أو إقامة أو سفر.
- 5 سنوات خبرة في العمل مع USCENTCOM أو الوكالات المشتركة بين الوكالات أو التحالف أو فرق عسكرية منتشرة.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to operational planners, analysts, and leadership by providing deep insight into regional culture, political dynamics, social behavior, religious and ethnic influences, and information ecosystems. Your expertise will help shape Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Irregular Warfare (IW), and strategic influence activities by ensuring operations are culturally informed, linguistically accurate, and tailored to effectively engage target audiences while minimizing unintended consequences.

Responsibilities
- Advises and supports operational planners on Iranian culture, politics, social media, regime influence, religious groups, ethnic groups, and influential voices.
- Supports OIE and IW planning and execution (content development) by assessing cultural resonance, linguistic nuance, symbolism, and potential risk.
- Translates, interprets, transcribes, and analyzes oral and written materials, including reports, data, briefings, media, and conversations, to include collected information and/or intelligence
- Advises on population characteristics/demographics and behavioral drivers to improve the effectiveness of OIE and IW and enable target audience analysis.
- Integrates cultural insights into operational assessments, helping planners and leadership understand shifts in perception, behavior, and narrative acceptance and to refine operations
- Supports key leader engagement
- Researches source-language materials and produces command-level products in support of planning.
- Support monitoring and analysis of traditional, digital, and social media for trends, behaviors, events, and developments, and produce synopsis reports and assessments of local geopolitics, foreign media narratives, and influence activities.
- Support analysis of key actors and relationships, interpret informal influence structures (e.g., tribal, familial, religious, and community ties), and identify culturally credible pathways and opportunities that support operational and campaign planning.
Required
- TS/SCI clearance
- 10+ years experience providing cultural and/or linguistic support to US military operations or USG agency.
- Minimum language testing scores of 4/4/4 or higher in English and Farsi, Dari, Pashto, or Arabic languages depending on location
- Demonstrated expertise and understanding of Iranian culture, politics, regime influence, social media, religious groups, ethnic groups, and regional dynamics.
- Valid U.S. passport with at least one year remaining before expiration.
- Ability to brief and present to small and large groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a deployed environment and support extended or shift-based schedules.
- Demonstrated experience supporting OIE/IO, PSYOP, IW, SOF or related operational activities or units
- Recent regional experience, residence, or travel.
- 5 years experience working with USCENTCOM, interagency, coalition, or deployed military teams.
