Specialty Coffee Barista

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation, a commitment to quality, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to established quality standards.
• Operate and calibrate espresso machines and coffee grinders on a daily basis.
• Prepare manual brew methods such as V60, Chemex, Cold Brew, and other specialty coffee beverages.
• Monitor extraction quality and adjust recipes to achieve optimal results.
• Educate customers about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work area.
• Assist with inventory management and report supply requirements as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in specialty coffee is preferred.
• Strong understanding of espresso extraction, grinder calibration, and coffee brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for learning and continuous development within the specialty coffee industry.
