نبذة عن الوظيفة: تعلن شركة روابي القابضة عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ميناء (Port Engineer) للعمل على سفينة Rawabi Integrity في مدينة تناجيب، السعودية. الهدف الأساسي هو إدارة الجاهزية التشغيلية اليومية، الصيانة، الإصلاحات، والامتثال التنظيمي للسفن المخصصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف والتنسيق على جميع أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح للسفن لضمان إنجازها في الوقت المحدد وفق المعايير المطلوبة.
- إدارة الصيانة المخططة لمعدات وآلات غرفة المحركات، خاصة للسفن الداعمة عالية السرعة (FOSSV).
- تقييم احتياجات الصيانة بناءً على متطلبات الشركة المصنعة والتصنيف لتحديد الموارد اللازمة لموثوقية الآلات وأنظمة توليد الطاقة.
- المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ الصيانة المجدولة، وأعمال الترسيف الجاف والرطب (Dry Docking & Wet Docking).
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش لضمان تحديث شهادات السفينة واستيفائها لمعايير هيئات التصنيف ودولة العلم ومعايير أرامكو البحرية.
- التحقيق في أسباب أعطال الآلات أو المعدات أو أنظمة الطاقة والتوصية بإجراءات وقائية لتجنب الأعطال المتكررة.
- ضمان التسليم السليم بين كبار المهندسين (المغادرين والقادمين) والعمل كبديل لكبير المهندسين عند الحاجة.
- إعداد وحفظ سجلات الصيانة والوثائق اللازمة لتفتيش هيئات التصنيف ودولة العلم ونظام الإدارة الآمنة (ISM).
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE) مع التركيز على عدم التسامح مطلقًا مع الإصابات والحوادث، وتحديد المخاطر واتخاذ الإجراءات التخفيفية.
- تقديم المشورة لقبطان السفينة بشأن القرارات الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بجميع الأنشطة الفنية، والتنسيق مع القبطان المينائي ومقدمي الخدمات والجهات التنظيمية والعميل لضمان الامتثال التعاقدي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة بحرية فعلية لا تقل عن 48 شهرًا ككبير مهندسين (Chief Engineer) على نفس أنواع السفن أو ذات الصلة.
- أنواع السفن المطلوبة: ناقلات النفط والمواد الكيميائية / سفن الإمداد الكبيرة (PSV) / سفن دعم الحفر البحرية / سفن الدعم متعددة الأغراض (MPSV) / سفن السكن والرافعات البحرية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة البحرية أو ما يعادلها من أكاديمية بحرية معترف بها.
- حيازة رخصة كبير مهندسين غير محدودة (Chief Engineer Unlimited License) سارية المفعول وموافقة أرامكو سارية المفعول.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عميقة في أنظمة إدارة الطاقة (Power Management Systems - PMS)، وتحسين الأحمال الكهربائية (Electrical Load Optimization)، والصيانة المتمحورة حول الموثوقية (Reliability-Centered Maintenance - RCM).
- مهارات عالية في إدارة الأزمات والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل تحت الضغط لتحقيق جداول السفن الصارمة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ إتقان اللغة العربية يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Purpose
The main purpose of the Port Engineer's job is to manage the day-to-day operational readiness, maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance of assigned vessels, specifically focusing on high-spec assets like the Rawabi Integrity.
Principal Accountabilities
- Maintenance Coordination: Supervises and coordinates all vessel maintenance and repair works to ensure they are completed on time and meet required standards.
- Technical Oversight: Manages the planned maintenance of engine room machinery and equipment, specifically for high-speed offshore support vessels (FOSSV).
- Asset Reliability: Assesses maintenance needs based on manufacturer and class requirements to identify necessary resources for machinery reliability and power generation systems.
- Dry Docking & Repairs: Assists in the planning and execution of scheduled maintenance, dry dockings, and wet dockings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Performs inspections to ensure vessel certifications are up to date and meet classification society, flag state, and Aramco Marine standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigates causes of mechanical, equipment, or power system failures and recommends mitigating actions to prevent recurring breakdowns.
- Personnel Management: Ensures proper handover between incoming and outgoing Chief Engineers and acts as a reliever for Chief Engineers when required.
- Audit Readiness: Prepares and safeguards maintenance records and documents for flag state, classification society, and ISM surveys.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Safety Culture: Promotes a positive health and safety culture with a focus on building "zero tolerance" for injuries and incidents.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifies any Health, Safety, or Environmental (HSE) risks and implements measures to mitigate them.
Communications and Working Relationships
- Strategic Advising: Advises the Vessel Master on strategic decisions related to all technical activities.
- Liaison: Interfaces with the Port Captain, service providers (repair workshops), and regulatory bodies to ensure efficient fleet operations.
- Client Interface: Liaises with clients on new guidelines and is present during all client surveys to ensure contract compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 48 months of actual Sea Experience as Chief Engineer (CE) on the same/relevant vessel types.
- Vessel Type Experience Required: Oil & Chemical Tankers / Large Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) / Offshore Drilling Support Vessels / Multi-Purpose Support Vessels (MPSV) / Accommodation & Offshore Crane Vessels.
- Education: Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent from a recognized maritime academy.
- Certification: Possession of a valid Chief Engineer Unlimited License and valid Aramco Approval.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Power Management Systems (PMS), Electrical Load Optimization, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Soft Skills: Extensive crisis management skills and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet strict vessel schedules.
- Language: English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
