تعلن شركة إنوفيشن تيم عن توفر وظيفة مهندس IBM Confluence Kafka Engineer في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة خبرة واسعة في تكامل المؤسسات والوسيطة والحوسبة السحابية، مع التركيز على منصات IBM ومنصة Confluent Kafka.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تكامل المؤسسات (Enterprise Integration) أو الوسيطة (Middleware) أو تصميم واجهات API.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تصميم وتشغيل تدفقات التكامل على IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE / IIB) أو IBM webMethods Integration (بما في ذلك خادم التكامل وEnterprise Gateway أو webMethods.io).
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في بناء خطوط التدفق (streaming pipelines) باستخدام Confluent Kafka أو Apache Kafka.
  • سجل مثبت في إعادة هيكلة الأنماط المتزامنة القديمة (مثل SOAP و RPC وملفات الدفعات و IBM MQ) إلى تدفقات غير متزامنة تعتمد على الأحداث باستخدام أدوات تكامل IBM المتصلة بـ Kafka.
  • إتقان عميق لإنشاء ونشر وصيانة التكاملات باستخدام IBM App Connect (ESQL، Java، Compute nodes، تدفقات REST/SOAP API) أو IBM webMethods (IS Flow Services، Java Services، Designer، webMethods.io).
  • القدرة على تحويل تنسيقات البيانات المعقدة (JSON، XML، Copybooks، Flat Files) إلى نماذج مؤسسية موحدة (canonical models).
  • خبرة في استخدام العقد والمهايئات الأصلية لـ IBM لإنتاج واستهلاك البيانات من وإلى مواضيع Apache Kafka / Confluent.
  • فهم قوي لمعمارية Kafka: تقسيم الموضوعات (Topic partitioning)، ضبط المنتج والمستهلك (Producer/Consumer tuning)، مجموعات المستهلكين (Consumer Groups)، وإدارة الإزاحة (Offset Management).
  • خبرة عملية في استخدام Confluent Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf) لحوكمة بيانات المؤسسة وتوافق المخططات العكسي والأمامي (backward/forward schema compatibility).
  • خبرة مع إطار عمل Kafka Connect لتدفق البيانات بين قواعد البيانات و IBM MQ ومواضيع Kafka.
  • معرفة في تحويل التدفقات باستخدام Kafka Streams أو ksqlDB.
  • خبرة في النشر على Red Hat OpenShift أو Kubernetes أو IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
  • خبرة في أتمتة نشر التكاملات باستخدام خطوط CI/CD (Jenkins، GitHub Actions، GitLab CI، ArgoCD) و Terraform/Ansible.
  • فهم متين لبروتوكولات الأمان عبر السحابات المختلطة: mTLS، SASL/SCRAM، OAuth2، إدارة مفاتيح API، و RBAC/ACLs.

  • Event Streaming: 3+ years of hands-on experience building streaming pipelines with Confluent Kafka or Apache Kafka.
  • Modernization Track Record: Proven background in refactoring legacy synchronous patterns (SOAP, RPC, File Batch, IBM MQ) into asynchronous event-driven flows using IBM integration tools connected to Kafka.

Requirements

Core Technical Requirements

A. IBM Integration Capabilities (App Connect or webMethods)

  • Deep experience authoring, deploying, and maintaining integrations using IBM App Connect (ESQL, Java, Compute nodes, REST/SOAP API flows) OR IBM webMethods (IS Flow Services, Java Services, Designer, webMethods.io).
  • Ability to map complex data formats (JSON, XML, Copybooks, Flat Files) into enterprise canonical models.
  • Experience leveraging native IBM nodes/adapters to produce and consume directly to/from Apache Kafka / Confluent topics.

B. Confluent Kafka & Streaming Capabilities

  • Strong grasp of Kafka architecture: Topic partitioning, Producer/Consumer tuning, Consumer Groups, and Offset Management.
  • Hands-on implementation of Confluent Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf) for enterprise data governance and backward/forward schema compatibility.
  • Experience with Kafka Connect framework for streaming data between databases, IBM MQ, and Kafka topics.
  • Knowledge of stream transformation using Kafka Streams or ksqlDB.

C. Infrastructure, DevOps & Security

  • Deployment experience on Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, or IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
  • Experience automating integration deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and Terraform/Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols across hybrid clouds: mTLS, SASL/SCRAM, OAuth2, API Key Management, and RBAC/ACLs.
