شركة فيزا، الرائدة عالمياً في تكنولوجيا الدفع، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Finance Manager في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريقها المالي لدعم الأسواق في المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين وعُمان.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتعاون مدير المالية بشكل وثيق مع المؤسسة المالية والجهة المواجهة للعملاء لتوفير الدعم المالي للأعمال، ويشمل ذلك الإشراف على التخطيط المالي والتحليل وإعداد التقارير، وإدارة المخاطر المالية، والنمذجة المالية ومراجعة صفقات العملاء ودراسات الجدوى. كما يدعم إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات وخطط النمو متعددة السنوات، ويدعم هيكلة صفقات العملاء وعملية الموافقة عليها. يتبع المدير لرئيس الشؤون المالية في منطقة المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين وعُمان لدعم أولويات الأعمال الشاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنتاج مؤشرات الأعمال الرئيسية (مثل الأحجام والمعاملات) لاستخدامها في التخطيط الاستراتيجي، إعداد الميزانية السنوية، والتنبؤ الربعي.
- تحليل اتجاهات الحجم ومزيج المنتجات (الدولي مقابل المحلي).
- تحديد مجالات التطوير في الأسواق المعنية وتقديم الدعم المالي لاستراتيجية تطوير السوق.
- دعم المناقشات المتعلقة بالتسعير والمقايضات (Interchange) في الأسواق المشمولة، بما في ذلك تأثيراتها على ربحية العملاء.
- إدارة التحليلات الشهرية/الربعية/السنوية لاتجاهات السوق والعملاء لاستخدامها من قبل الإدارات المدعومة.
- تقديم الدعم في مجالات إدارة الإيرادات وقرارات الاستثمار.
- نمذجة الصفقات للعملاء في الأسواق المشمولة وضمان توافقها مع احتياجات الأعمال ومتطلبات الحوكمة الداخلية والامتثال (بما في ذلك إعداد مستندات الموافقة على الصفقات).
- مراجعة مقترحات صفقات الحوافز مع الفرق الجغرافية والوظيفية وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين العوائد المعدلة حسب المخاطر، إلى جانب تقديم تحليل للفريق القيادي حول الجدوى المالية ومخاطر التنفيذ.
- تتبع مفصل للصفقات المبرمة في الأسواق المشمولة وتوفير تحليل فوري لأدائها للإدارة.
- إعادة التنبؤ بالصفقات على أساس شهري/ربعي وأثناء إعداد الميزانية.
- التعاون مع الجهات الداخلية الأخرى لضمان تنفيذ عقود حوافز العملاء بكفاءة ومعالجة محاسبية سليمة وفقاً لمتطلبات الحوكمة والامتثال.
- الإدارة الاستباقية لتخطيط النفقات عبر الوظائف والجغرافيا، وإعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية وتحليل الانحرافات.
- تقديم المشورة والإرشاد لمديري مراكز التكلفة لضمان التزامهم بالميزانيات والتوقعات المعتمدة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات لمنع وحل الديون المعدومة.
- ضمان تسجيل و تلخيص وإعداد تقارير الصفقات وطلبات الإنفاق وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات، والحفاظ على سلامة البيانات وتوثيق جميع الافتراضات المالية والنتائج ومصادر البيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الهندسة، المحاسبة، الرياضيات، الاقتصاد أو أي مجال كمي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المالية بعد التخرج.
- يفضل حملة درجة في المحاسبة أو مؤهل مهني معترف به (ACA، ACCA، CPA أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة مثبتة في استخدام التحليل المالي والنمذجة في سيناريوهات معقدة.
- إتقان عالٍ لبرامج Microsoft Office (Excel، PowerPoint).
- مهارات تحليلية وكمية متميزة مع القدرة على حل المشكلات التجارية الصعبة عبر تحليلات منظمة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقنيات النمذجة وإدارة مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، التنظيم العالي، والتركيز على جودة المخرجات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً على مستوى الأعمال.
- إجادة اللغات المحلية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الإلمام بأعمال البطاقات وتدفقات الإيرادات يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والفطنة التجارية والتواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق متنوع وإنتاج مخرجات محددة بزمن.

Job Description
Purpose
The Finance Manager collaborates closely with the Finance and Client Facing organization, providing financial business support. This role involves overseeing financial planning, financial analysis, and reporting, managing financial risks, and financial modelling and reviewing of client deals and business cases. The role will support the delivery of the Budget, Forecast and Multi-Year Growth Plans driving efficiencies, and to support client deal structuring and approval process The Finance Manager will report to the KBO Head of Finance, to support in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman (KBO) overall business priorities.
Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area:
Financial Management:
- Production of key business drivers (e.g. volumes, transactions, etc.) to be used in strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Volume trend and product mix analysis (International vs. Domestic)
- Proactive identification of development areas in designated markets; financial support of market development strategy
- Support in pricing and interchange related discussion concerning the covered markets, to include the impacts of both pricing and interchanges on client profitability
- Management of ad hoc/monthly/quarterly/yearly analysis of Market and Client trends to be used by all supported departments and the GCM’s
- Provide support in the areas of revenue management and investment decision.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to meet or exceed internal customers’ expectations.
Incentives and Contracts:
- Responsible for deal modelling for clients in the covered markets and ensure it meets business needs and internal governance and compliance requirements (includes preparing the deal approval documents)
- Review incentive deal proposals with geo/functional teams and provide feedback where appropriate to optimize risk-adjusted returns. Provide recommendation to senior leadership team on their financial viability and execution risks.
- Detailed deal tracking for all executed deals in the covered markets, providing management with real time analysis on deals performance.
- Provides financial analysis for forecasting contra-revenues. Review and provide challenge to sales teams to obtain realistic projections for existing deals and new deals.
- Deal reforecasting on a monthly/quarterly basis and budget process
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (Legal, Client Contract Management, Controlling, etc) to ensure that the GCC client incentive contracts are executed in an efficient manner, properly accounted and meets internal governance and compliance requirements.
Expense Management:
- Proactive management of cross-functional & geography expense planning. Financial leadership in forecast and budget process for the markets; Tracking and monthly performance, understanding of variances.
- Advisory and guidance to cost center managers so they are informed of their approved budgets & forecasts and their commitment to budget/forecast on a continuous basis.
- Participation in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional finance organization.
- Implement strategies to prevent and resolve bad debts.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure deals and approval-to-spend requests are captured, recorded, summarized, and reported in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency of information as well as organized documentation of all financial assumptions, results and data sources used.
- Provide guidance to business partners on their approved budgets and forecasts, and their commitment to budget/forecast on a continuous basis.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Professional:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative field
- At least 5 years post qualification experience in finance
- Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is preferred.
Technical:
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing financial analysis and modeling in challenging and complex scenarios.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
- Proven expertise in modelling techniques and managing large data sets
- Attentive to detail, highly organized, and focused on quality of output.
- Fluent in written and spoken business English.
- Proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the cards business and revenue streams is a plus.
