تعلن شركة أتكنز ريالس عن فرصة عمل في الرياض لشغل منصب مدير أول لتصميم الهياكل الإنشائية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى مدير أول تصميم الهياكل الإنشائية قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ التصميم الإنشائي لمشاريع ضيافة وتطوير متعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. تشمل المسؤولية إدارة جميع أنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية خلال دورة حياة المشروع، وضمان التميز التقني، وكفاءة التصميم، وقابلية البناء، والامتثال للمعايير المحلية والدولية، والتكامل السلس مع التخصصات المعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة وغيرها من تخصصات المشروع. سيشرف المرشح الناجح على المستشارين الإنشائيين، ويتنسق مع أصحاب المصلحة، ويضمن أن الحلول الإنشائية المبتكرة والآمنة والفعالة من حيث التكلفة تدعم رؤية المشروع ومعايير الجودة والجدول الزمني وأهداف الميزانية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة رؤية التصميم الإنشائي واستراتيجية الهندسة من المفهوم إلى التصميم التفصيلي، مرحلة المناقصة والبناء.
  • ضمان الحفاظ على نية التصميم الإنشائي خلال جميع مراحل دورة حياة المشروع.
  • تطوير حلول إنشائية مبتكرة وفعالة تدعم أهداف التصميم المعماري ومتطلبات تشغيل الضيافة.
  • مراجعة واعتماد مخرجات التصميم الإنشائي بما في ذلك الحسابات والتقارير والمواصفات والرسومات والإيداعات الفنية.
  • إدارة مستشاري الهندسة الإنشائية والمقاولين المتخصصين والمستشارين الفنيين لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية.
  • إنشاء ومراقبة جداول التصميم الإنشائي والميزانيات وخطط الموارد.
  • تحديد وتقييم وتخفيف مخاطر التصميم الإنشائي طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
  • قيادة مبادرات الهندسة القيمية مع الحفاظ على السلامة والأداء والجودة وهدف التصميم.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والمستشارين الإنشائيين والمقاولين وشركاء المشروع الخارجيين.
  • التنسيق الوثيق مع الفرق المعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة والواجهات والجيوتقنية والبنية التحتية والمناظر الطبيعية لضمان حلول تصميم متكاملة.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم وورش العمل واجتماعات التنسيق الفني مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • تقديم حلول التصميم الإنشائي والتقييمات الفنية وتحديثات التقدم للإدارة العليا وفرق العميل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لكود البناء السعودي والمعايير الهندسية الدولية ومتطلبات الضيافة والموافقات التنظيمية.
  • التنسيق مع السلطات ووكالات الموافقة لضمان الامتثال الإنشائي والموافقات في الوقت المناسب.
  • الإشراف على تنسيق BIM وتكامل التصميم متعدد التخصصات عبر جميع تخصصات المشروع.
  • مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية الإنشائية والإيداعات المادية ومقترحات الأعمال المؤقتة وإيداعات التصميم من المقاول.
  • دعم فرق البناء من خلال تقديم التوجيه الفني وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتصميم الإنشائي أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
  • إجراء مراجعات قابلية البناء وتقييم منهجيات البناء البديلة لتحسين تسليم المشروع.
  • ضمان تضمين المرونة الإنشائية والمتانة والاستدامة وأداء الأصول على المدى الطويل في حلول التصميم.
  • مراقبة تقدم البناء والتحقق من التوافق مع التصاميم والمواصفات الإنشائية المعتمدة.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتفقد ومراجعات فنية لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة والامتثال الهندسي.
  • إنشاء وتنفيذ معايير الجودة الهندسية الإنشائية وأفضل الممارسات وإجراءات الحوكمة عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • أكثر من 20 عامًا من الخبرة في الهندسة الإنشائية وإدارة التصميم، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي كبير.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع الضيافة واسعة النطاق أو المنتجعات الفاخرة أو التطوير متعدد الاستخدامات أو مشاريع الوجهات.
  • خبرة واسعة في إدارة مستشاري التصميم الإنشائي وتنسيق الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • معرفة قوية بالخرسانة المسلحة والهياكل الفولاذية والأنظمة طويلة الامتداد والهياكل العالية والتطورات المعقدة في مجال الضيافة.
  • خبرة في الإشراف على جميع مراحل التصميم من المفهوم و FEED والتصميم التفصيلي إلى دعم البناء.
  • فهم قوي للتحليل الإنشائي ورموز التصميم ومبادئ قابلية البناء ومنهجيات الهندسة القيمية.
  • خبرة في المعايير التصميمية الدولية واللوائح السعودية المحلية، بما في ذلك متطلبات كود البناء السعودي.
  • إتقان منصات الهندسة و BIM مثل ETABS و SAFE و SAP2000 و STAAD Pro و Revit و Navisworks و AutoCAD.
  • مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتخطيط والتنظيم.
  • قدرات ممتازة في كتابة التقارير الفنية والعرض والتواصل.
  • خبرة قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئات مشاريع متعددة الثقافات سريعة الوتيرة.
  • خبرة العمل على مشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مرغوب فيها بشدة.

Job Description

Overview

The Senior Structural Design Manager will lead the structural design development and delivery of large-scale hospitality and mixed-use developments across KSA. This role is responsible for managing all structural engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence, design efficiency, constructability, compliance with local and international standards, and seamless integration with architectural, MEP, and other project disciplines.

The successful candidate will oversee structural consultants, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that innovative, safe, and cost-effective structural solutions support the project's vision, quality standards, schedule, and budget objectives.

Your Role

  • Lead the structural design vision and engineering strategy from concept through detailed design, tender, and construction stages.

  • Ensure structural design intent is maintained throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

  • Develop innovative and efficient structural solutions that support architectural design objectives and hospitality operational requirements.

  • Review and approve structural design deliverables, including calculations, reports, specifications, drawings, and technical submissions.

  • Manage structural engineering consultants, specialist contractors, and technical advisors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

  • Establish and monitor structural design schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate structural design risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead value engineering initiatives while maintaining safety, performance, quality, and design intent.

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, structural consultants, contractors, and external project partners.

  • Coordinate closely with architectural, MEP, façade, geotechnical, infrastructure, and landscape teams to ensure integrated design solutions.

  • Participate in design reviews, workshops, and technical coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders.

  • Present structural design solutions, technical assessments, and progress updates to senior management and client teams.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), international engineering standards, hospitality requirements, and regulatory approvals.

  • Coordinate with authorities and approval agencies to ensure structural compliance and timely approvals.

  • Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design integration across all project disciplines.

  • Review structural shop drawings, material submittals, temporary works proposals, and contractor design submissions.

  • Support construction teams by providing technical guidance and resolving structural design-related issues during project execution.

  • Conduct constructability reviews and assess alternative construction methodologies to optimize project delivery.

  • Ensure structural resilience, durability, sustainability, and long-term asset performance are incorporated into design solutions.

  • Monitor construction progress and verify alignment with approved structural designs and specifications.

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical reviews to ensure quality standards and engineering compliance are maintained.

  • Establish and enforce structural engineering quality standards, best practices, and governance procedures across all project phases.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 20+ years of experience in structural engineering and design management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale hospitality, luxury resort, mixed-use, or destination development projects.

  • Extensive experience managing structural design consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, long-span systems, high-rise structures, and complex hospitality developments.

  • Experience overseeing all design stages from concept, FEED, and detailed design through construction support.

  • Strong understanding of structural analysis, design codes, constructability principles, and value engineering methodologies.

  • Expertise in international design standards and local Saudi regulations, including Saudi Building Code requirements.

  • Proficiency in engineering and BIM platforms such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent technical report writing, presentation, and communication abilities.

  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.

  • Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, multicultural project environments.

  • Experience working on projects in KSA or the GCC region is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with KSA regulatory frameworks, authority approval processes, and major giga-project delivery environments.
