شركة بارسونز تبحث عن مهندس معماري للمناظر الطبيعية أول (Senior Landscape Architect) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن مكتب إدارة مشاريع (PMO) جديد يعمل على مشاريع الطرق السريعة والبنية التحتية الكبرى في العاصمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على مكونات الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية في مشاريع الطرق المتعددة (المساحات العامة، الأرصفة، الجسور، التكسية، التقاطعات) ضمن برنامج طريق الرياض، وضمان سلامة التصميم ومواءمته مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- قيادة المراجعات الفنية لتصاميم المناظر الطبيعية المعدة من قبل شركات التصميم الخارجية، والتوصية بالتحديثات أو المراجعات عند الحاجة، وضمان التوافق مع معايير مكتب إدارة المشاريع.
- التنسيق مع المصممين الخارجيين والتخصصات الداخلية (الطرق، المرافق، الصرف، الكهرباء، المعماري) لحل التعارضات وتحسين تكامل المناظر الطبيعية.
- الإشراف على جوانب المناظر الطبيعية للمشاريع التي اكتملت تصاميمها وتم ترسيتها، وضمان تنفيذها وفقًا لوثائق المناقصة المعتمدة.
- تطوير استراتيجيات للحفاظ على جودة وطابع متسق للمناظر الطبيعية عبر البرنامج مع مراعاة الظروف المحلية والقيود التصميمية.
- المشاركة في جهود التوظيف، بما في ذلك فرز السير الذاتية، وإجراء المقابلات، وتقديم توصيات التوظيف، وإعداد تقييمات الأداء للموظفين المبتدئين والمرشحين المحتملين.
- التواصل مع العميل لمناقشة قضايا تصميم المناظر الطبيعية المعقدة، وإعداد وتقديم عروض فنية توضح حلول التصميم المقترحة وتقارير التقدم ونقاط القرار الحاسمة طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

- مراقبة أداء المقاولين، وتقييم جاهزية الموقع لأعمال المناظر الطبيعية (اكتمال الأعمال المدنية، إزالة المرافق، تجهيز التربة)، وضمان توافق التسلسل الزمني مع جداول البرنامج لتجنب إعادة العمل والتأخير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في هندسة المناظر الطبيعية أو مجال ذي صلة (مثل التصميم الحضري) مع دراسات مثبتة مرتبطة بهندسة المناظر الطبيعية تحديدًا، أو درجة بكالوريوس/ماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية متخصصة في تصميم المناظر الطبيعية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، مع مشاركة كبيرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية والمشاريع الحضرية واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك 3 سنوات على الأقل في دول الخليج.
- خبرة فنية واسعة في دمج الزراعة الناعمة والصلبة، وأنظمة الري، وتحديد مناسيب الموقع، واستراتيجيات التخفيف البيئي، والمواصفات الجمالية لأنظمة التكسية المعمارية (بما في ذلك تطبيق نظرية الألوان، وتقنيات التراكب الرسومي، وسلوك المواد السطحية، والتكامل مع العناصر المدنية والهيكلية).
- إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وAdobe Creative Suite، ويفضل الإلمام بأدوات BIM (Revit، Rhinoceros 3D، Civil 3D) ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية GIS.
- خبرة مثبتة في الحصول على الموافقات الرسمية، والتفتيش الموقعي، وتفاصيل الهياكل، وممارسات التنفيذ، والقيادة متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إعداد ومراجعة جداول الكميات (BOQ)، ومراقبة التكاليف، والهندسة القيمية لأعمال المناظر الطبيعية، مع ضمان التوافق مع ميزانيات المشروع دون المساس بنية التصميم أو أدائه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن بيئة PMCM أو كعضو في مكتب إدارة مشاريع (PMO).
- مهارات فنية مثبتة عبر جميع مراحل تصميم المناظر الطبيعية، وتحديات التنفيذ، وإجراءات العمل الموقعي، واعتماد المواد، والتفاصيل المدنية.
- معرفة بالرموز والمعايير الدولية المتعلقة بتصميم المناظر الطبيعية ومواصفات التنفيذ، بما في ذلك متطلبات إمكانية الوصول للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية، وإدارة فريق، واتخاذ القرارات.
- فهم واضح لعمليات مكتب إدارة المشاريع، ودورة حياة المشروع، وإدارة المخاطر في البنية التحتية العامة.

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will get to work within a new PMO working on major highways / infrastructure projects in the KSA Capital, Riyadh City.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee landscape architecture components of multiple road infrastructure projects (public realm, sidewalks, bridges, cladding, and interchanges) within the Riyadh Road Program, ensuring design integrity and alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead technical reviews of landscape designs prepared by third-party design firms, recommending updates or revisions where required, and ensuring alignment with PMO standards.
Coordinate with external designers and internal disciplines (road, utility, drainage, electrical, architectural) to resolve conflicts and optimize landscape integration.
Supervise the landscape aspects of projects where designs are already completed and awarded, ensuring implementation aligns with approved tender documentation.
Develop strategies for consistent landscape quality and character across the program while addressing local site conditions and design constraints.
Participate in recruitment and staffing efforts, including CV screening, interviews, hiring recommendations, and preparing performance evaluations for junior staff and potential candidates.
Engage with the client to communicate complex landscape design issues, prepare and deliver technical presentations outlining proposed design solutions, progress reports, and critical decision points throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the visual coordination and specification of architectural finishes for exposed structural elements, including architectural cladding systems, surface treatments, and concrete structure aesthetics such as pigment integration, form liner textures, and graphic or mural applications, in alignment with the overall landscape and urban design vision.
Monitor contractor performance, assess site readiness for landscape works (civil completion, utilities clearance, soil preparation), and ensure sequencing aligns with program timelines to avoid rework and delays.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (e.g., Urban Design) with proven studies related specifically to Landscape Architecture, alternatively a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture specialized in Landscape Design.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with significant involvement in infrastructure and large-scale urban projects, including at least 3 years of experience within the Gulf countries.
Extensive technical expertise in softscape/hardscape integration, irrigation, site grading, environmental mitigation strategies, and the aesthetic specification of architectural cladding systems - including color theory application, graphic overlay techniques, surface material behavior, and integration with civil/structural elements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and preferably familiar with BIM tools (Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Civil 3D) and GIS.
Proven experience with Authority approvals, site inspections, structure details, execution practices, and cross-disciplinary project leadership.
Proven experience in BOQ preparation and review, cost control, and value engineering for landscape works, ensuring alignment with project budgets without compromising design intent or performance.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Previous experience of working in a PMCM structured environment or acting as a PMO member.
Proven technical skills across all landscape design stages, execution challenges, site working procedures, materials approvals, and civil detailing.
Knowledge of International codes and standards related to landscape design and execution specifications, including accessibility and disabled needs requirements.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Clear understanding of PMO processes, project lifecycle, and risk management in public infrastructure.
Strong presentation and client interaction skills, including experience with government stakeholders.
Membership in a recognized professional organization (e.g., IFLA, ASLA, SCE, or equivalent).
Ability to balance design innovation with practical and budgetary constraints.
Hands-on experience with PMO tools such as PMWeb, Aconex, and Primavera.
Experience working on multi-package infrastructure programs.
