تعلن شركة دنتسو (Dentsu) عن توفر وظيفة مدير حساب (Account Director) في الرياض، بهدف بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء ودعم القيادة العليا لقيادة وتنفيذ استراتيجية العلاقات العامة للعملاء، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على تطوير الخطط والعروض والتقارير والملخصات الإبداعية، مع تحمل مسؤولية قيادية لتطوير الأشخاص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل مع الزملاء لضمان اتساق استراتيجية الاتصال وانعكاسها للرؤية الاستراتيجية للمنظمة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- التعاون مع وسائل الإعلام لنشر معلومات الشركة في الوقت المناسب، بما في ذلك البيانات الصحفية والمواد الفكرية وغيرها.
- المساهمة في تعزيز الوعي الخارجي من خلال اقتراح قصص إعلامية تضع المنظمة وكبار القادة وخبراء الصناعة كمرجع في مواضيع محددة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع وسائل الإعلام للمساعدة في خلق فرص ظهور إعلامية.
- الإشراف على تطوير الخطط والعروض والتقارير والملخصات الإبداعية وغيرها من مخرجات الاتصال.
- الاضطلاع بدور قيادي في تطوير أعضاء الفريق (مسؤولية تنمية المواهب).
- العمل بشكل تعاوني عبر الوكالة وعبر أعمال دنتسو لضمان حصول العملاء على أفضل حلول متكاملة للعلاقات العامة والاتصالات.

The purpose of this role is to build strong relationships with clients and to support senior leadership to drive and deliver on a client’s public relations strategy. Oversees the development of plans, proposals, reports, creative briefs and other communication deliverables. The PR Account Director is a leadership role and responsible for people development. Works collaboratively across the agency and within the Dentsu business to ensure clients receive the best integrated public relations and communications solutions for their business.

Works with peers to ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organisation's strategic vision
Develops and implements social media strategies
Works with media outlets to publish timely company information including press releases, though leadership and other materials
Helps drive external awareness through proactively pitching stories positioning the organisation, senior leadership and other industry leaders as experts on specific topics
Develops and maintains strong ties with the media to help generate visible opportunities
