في شركة «إير برودكتس»، نعيد تصوّر ما هو ممكن. نبحث عن Lead Planner Turnaround للعمل في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق إدارة مشاريع العمليات. سيتولى التخطيط والتنسيق والإعداد لجميع أنشطة الصيانة والفحص والإصلاح والتعديل المرتبطة بأصول BHIG (SATORP، SASREF، JIGH)، مع التركيز على تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التوقف (Turnaround) لضمان سلامة المعدات وموثوقية المصنع بأقل تكلفة مستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق لتطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة توقفات SATORP/SASREF/JIGH التي تتراوح تكلفتها بين 5 ملايين و50 مليون دولار.
- التنسيق لتخطيط وتنفيذ مشاريع brownfield المتنوعة التي تتراوح قيمتها بين 25 ألف و5 ملايين دولار لتحسين المصنع.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف خلال جميع مراحل التوقفات/المشاريع، بما يشمل تطوير النطاق وتقييم العروض الفنية والتسليم النهائي لفريق التشغيل.
- دعم مدير مراقبة المشاريع في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية للتوقفات/المشاريع مع ضمان التوافق مع أهداف BHIG وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة.
- استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع المتقدمة لمراقبة التقدم والحفاظ على الميزانيات والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
- التعاون مع الإدارات الداخلية لضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة وهدف BHIG لعدم وقوع إصابات.
- التفاوض على العقود وحل النزاعات بفعالية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة للمشاريع وجلسات استخلاص الدروس المستفادة لدفع التميز التشغيلي.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير HSE الخاصة بالشركة واللوائح التنظيمية، والمشاركة في برامج السلامة.
- مراجعة خطط السلامة لجميع أعمال التوقف وضمان تنفيذها، بما في ذلك تقييمات المخاطر وخطط التخفيف.
- المشاركة في مراجعات HAZOP وSIMOPS وسلامة التوقف.
- إعداد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) للامتثال للجودة لجميع التوقفات.
- مراجعة خطة الجودة مع قادة التخصصات الأخرى واعتمادها من الجهات المصرح بها.
- دعم منظمة ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة لتنفيذ خطة الجودة للتوقفات والمشاريع.
- الإشراف على أدوات التخطيط (Primavera P6، MS Project، وغيرها) وأدوات إدارة العقود.
- مراجعة الرسوم البيانية للقوى العاملة والمعدات وتقديم التوجيه وفقاً لتعريف النطاق.
- تحديد المسار الحرج ووضع الإجراءات اللازمة للتحكم به خلال مرحلتي التخطيط والتنفيذ.
- العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد المواد وشرائها وضمان توفرها في الوقت المناسب.
- تطوير نطاقات العمل التفصيلية وخطط العمل لأنشطة التوقف (رسومات، P&IDs، متطلبات السلامة، MTO، متطلبات الجودة والفحص).
- إعداد قوائم المواد (BOMs) حسب الحاجة وإجراء مسوحات ميدانية للتحقق من متطلبات العمل.
- تقدير متطلبات العمالة والمعدات والأدوات والمواد، وضمان الشراء والتوفر قبل التنفيذ.
- تنسيق تعبئة المقاولين واللوجستيات في الموقع.
- المساعدة في تطوير ميزانيات التوقف وتقديرات التكلفة، ومراقبة تكاليف التخطيط، ودعم مراجعات التكلفة بعد التوقف.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التوقف وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة وتحديث معايير التخطيط.
- دعم توثيق الإغلاق وإعداد التقارير والتسليم النهائي لفريق التشغيل.
- اتخاذ نهج استباقي وعملي لتنفيذ المشاريع والإشراف على مراحل دورة حياة المشروع من تطوير النطاق إلى التشغيل.
- استخدام مقاييس المشروع لمراقبة التقدم ومحاسبة مقاولي EPC على الميزانية والجدول الزمني.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تنفيذ محددة للمشاريع.
- التواصل مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة بما فيهم الإدارة العليا حول استراتيجيات المشاريع وحالتها.
- التعاون مع أقسام العمليات والمالية وسلسلة التوريد والسلامة لضمان التوافق والامتثال.
- الإشراف على وثائق المشروع والحفاظ عليها وتحديثها، وإدارة وثائق الإغلاق والتسليم.
- استخدام أنظمة ERP (يفضل SAP) وأدوات إدارة المشاريع (Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان تسليم متكامل للمشاريع، والتنسيق مع الموارد التقنية الداخلية BHIG.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية في الهندسة (كيميائية، ميكانيكية، أو كهربائية) أو تخصص تقني آخر.
- 8-12 سنة خبرة في صناعة الغازات الصناعية، النفط والغاز، أو البتروكيماويات.
- خبرة في تطوير وتنفيذ مشاريع ERP (SAP) مفضلة.
- سجل حافل في صناعة الكيماويات أو النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات في تنفيذ المشاريع أو إدارة الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات.
- خبرة في شركة متعددة الجنسيات مع ثقافة أداء بيئي وصحي وسلامة ممتازة أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.
- أن يكون مبادراً ويمتلك خبرة في إدارة التوقفات/مشاريع brownfield للعمل بشكل مستقل والتنسيق بين الموارد الداعمة والقيادية.
- قدوة حسنة داخل فريق إدارة مشاريع العمليات: معايير أخلاقية عالية، عدم المساومة على سلامة العاملين ومتطلبات الامتثال التنظيمي، مصداقية تنظيمية للتأثير في التخطيط الفعال والتنفيذ الآمن والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.

This key position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing all maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification activities associated with various assets of BHIG including but not limited to SATORP, SASREF, Jubail Industrial Gases Hub [JIGH], reporting directly to Project Controls Manger in Operation Project Management Team.
The Lead Planner TAR will focus on developing and implementing Turnaround plans such that the equipment integrity and plant reliability is maintained at the lowest sustainable cost to BHIG, consistent with the facility’s asset management plan.
Nature & Scope
The candidate will be responsible for:
Coordinate for the development, execution, and management of SATORP /SASREF/JIGH TAR with range of $5M to $50M.
Coordinate for the development, planning and execution of diverse brownfield projects ranging from $25K-$5M plant improvements.
Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams through all TARs /Projects phases, including scope development, technical bid evaluation, execution of final handover to operations team.
Support and work with Project Controls Manager to develop and implement strategic TAR/Project execution plans, ensuring alignment with BHIG's goals and stakeholder expectations
Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor progress, maintain budgets, and adhere to schedules
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and BHIG's zero-injury objective
Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes effectively throughout project lifecycles
Conduct thorough project evaluations and "lessons learned" sessions to drive operational excellence
Principal Accountabilities:
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with company HSE standards and statutory regulations.
- Actively lead, participate, and support all BHIG safety programs, safe work practices, good housekeeping, and environmental compliance.
- Responsible to ensure all the EH&S standards/procedures are followed along with best industrial practice throughout the life cycle of turnaround including shutdowns.
- Provide support to review safety plans for all outages work to be carried out and ensure its execution
- Incorporate risk assessments and mitigation plans into work packages.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIMOPS, and safety reviews. Quality:
- Prepare the KPIs for quality compliance for all the turnaround under BHIG.
- Review the Quality plan along with other discipline leads and ensure all the required formats / ITP / QP are reviewed and approved from authorized parties.
- Support QA/QC organization to implement the QA/QC plan for all the Turnaround and projects being executed during the outages.
Turnaround Planning
- Support the planning team to oversee, implement, maintain, and support the continued development of enterprise management tools such as Primavera P3, P6, MS project etc. and contract management tools.
- Support and review the manpower and equipment histogram and provide the guidance inline with scope definition.
- Work with planning team to identify the critical path and define all the necessary actions to control critical path during planning and execution phase.
- Work with other stakeholders for the material identification, procurement and on time availability before execution
- Develop detailed work scopes and job plans for turnaround activities.
- Prepare work packages, procedures, manpower requirements, and execution strategies.

Resource and Material Management
- Estimate labor, equipment, tools, and material requirements.
- Ensure procurement and availability of materials before turnaround execution.
- Coordinate contractor mobilization and site logistics.
Cost Control
- Assist in developing turnaround budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor planning-related costs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support post-turnaround cost reviews and lessons learned.
Post-Turnaround Activities
- Participate in turnaround reviews.
- Capture lessons learned and update planning standards.
- Support close-out documentation and reporting
Hands-on Project Management
Take a proactive, hands-on approach to project execution
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from scope development to commissioning
Ensure safe and successful execution of projects in the field.
Utilize project metrics to monitor progress effectively
Hold EPC contractors accountable for maintaining budget and schedule
Develop and implement specific project execution strategies
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate project strategies and status to all stakeholders, including upper management
Collaborate with various departments (operations, finance, supply chain, safety) to ensure alignment and compliance
TAR/Project Documentation
Oversee project documentation, ensuring all necessary records are maintained and updated
Manage project close-out documentation and handover to operations
Technology Integration
Utilize ERP systems (preferably SAP) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project) effectively
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with various departments to ensure integrated project delivery
Coordinate with Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases (BHIG) internal technical resources on complex issues
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Engineering or other technical graduate degrees (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical).
8-12 years’ experience in industrial gases, oil and gas, and/or petrochemical industry.
ERP (SAP) project development and Implementation experience is preferred.
Proven track record in the chemical, oil and gas, or petrochemical industry in project execution, engineering management, or construction management. Experience in a multi-national company with excellent EHS performance/culture is highly desirable
Must be self-starter and have turnaround /brownfield project management experience to be able to work independently and coordinate efforts among support and leadership resources.
Role model within Operations Project Management Team:

Organizational credibility - able to influence effective planning, safe execution and on time delivery.
Basic understanding of the process technologies employed in operations of Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases (BHIG) facilities.

SKILLS
Strong organizational and turnaround management skills. Experience with Primavera, Microsoft Project, or other Project/TAR Management tools is required.
Demonstrates practical industrial field experience with strong leadership and communications skills.
Must have a hands-on and proactive approach with clear accountability in steering the TAR execution safely and consistent with Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases (BHIG) requirements.
Demonstrates experience working in an international or multi-national organization and appreciation of international cultures. Preferred to have exposure to matrix reporting.
