يسر مجموعة إنتركونتيننتال للفنادق (IHG) فتح باب التقديم لوظيفة مشرف تدبير منزلي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة حالة الغرف وتحديثها والتواصل مع مكتب الاستقبال.
- اتباع ممارسات العمل الآمنة والالتزام بمعايير MSDS و OSHA؛ ارتداء معدات السلامة والمشاركة في لجان السلامة حسب التوجيهات.
- ضمان تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة لتلبية احتياجات النزلاء وتعزيز علاقات الضيوف.
- تفقد ومراقبة مستوى النظافة في الغرف ومناطق التخزين والمغاسل ودورات المياه والمناطق العامة المخصصة، مع الالتزام ببرنامج IHG Clean.
- تطبيق الإجراءات المعيارية لقبول الأغراض المفقودة وتأمينها وإرجاعها.
- المساعدة في إجراء جرد للزي الرسمي والبياضات والمستلزمات والمعدات عند الحاجة، وطلب واستلام المستلزمات للحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المناسبة.
- تقديم تدريب مستمر لعمال النظافة وعمال الغرف (Room Attendants and Housepersons).
- المساعدة في مراقبة التكاليف وكشوف الرواتب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دور جسدي حيث ستقف معظم اليوم، لذا اللياقة البدنية ضرورية.
- القدرة على رفع أغراض يصل وزنها إلى 50 رطلاً (23 كجم) أحيانًا، و/أو دفع وسحب الأشياء الثقيلة.
- قد تحتاج للانحناء والركوع لإتمام بعض الأنشطة.
- مهارات القراءة والكتابة والحساب الأساسية.
- مرونة في المواعيد - قد يُطلب العمل في الفترات الليلية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.
- مؤهل ثانوي عام (High school) أو GED أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التدبير المنزلي في فندق عالي الإشغال أو مركز مؤتمرات أو منتجع، مع سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور إشرافي.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Controls, monitors and communicates room status with front desk.
- Practice safe work habits; follow MSDS and OSHA standards; wear protective safety equipment and participate in safety committees as directed.
- Ensures quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced.
- Inspects, monitors and maintains level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms and public areas as assigned maintaining IHG Clean program.
- Enforces standard procedures for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost and found items.
- Assists in conducting inventories of uniforms, linen, supplies and equipment as required and orders and receives supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Provide on-going training to Room Attendants and Housepersons.
- Assist in cost control and payroll
What we need from you
- It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important
- Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects
- You may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities
- Literacy skills - reading, writing and basic maths skills
- Flexible attitude to shifts - you may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
- High school education, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in housekeeping is required in a high-volume hotel, conference centre or resort with at least one of those in a supervisory role.
