مجموعة إنتركونتيننتال للفنادق تبحث عن رئيس قسم الحلويات (Chef De Partie - Pastry) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

كل طبق حلويات يحمل إمكانية خلق ذكرى عذبة تدوم مدى الحياة لضيوفنا. لتحقيق ذلك وزيادة، نبحث عن رئيس قسم حلويات شغوف بالتقديم، مخلص للنكهة، وملتزم بوضع معايير عالية من مكان العمل إلى المائدة وما بعدها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • جعل كل قطعة حلويات وليمة للعين ومتعة للذوق.
  • تحمل مسؤولية محطة العمل الخاصة بك - متابعة الإمدادات والمعدات والنفايات.
  • الحفاظ على معايير نظافة تفوق المتطلبات المحلية للنظافة والصحة.
  • المساعدة في غسيل الأواني ومهام المطبخ الأخرى عند الحاجة.
  • القيام بمهام أخرى غير محددة بروح الفريق الحقيقي.
  • التخصص في إعداد تشكيلة واسعة من الحلويات اللذيذة والمعجنات والمخبوزات، وفقاً للوصفات التقليدية والحديثة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • القوة البدنية لرفع ودفع وسحب الأشياء الكبيرة حتى 50 رطلاً (23 كجم)، مع إمكانية الانحناء والركوع.
  • إجادة القراءة والكتابة والحساب الأساسي.
  • المرونة للعمل في نوبات ليلية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والإجازات الرسمية.
  • الامتثال للقوانين المحلية المتعلقة بتداول الطعام وخدمة الكحول - يجب أن يكون عمرك فوق الحد الأدنى المطلوب وتتقن اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة - شخص دافئ ومرحّب وسهل الحديث معه.
  • خبرة ذات صلة في قسم الحلويات.

Every pastry dish has the potential to create a sweet memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Chef De Partie  with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavour and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond.

 
A little taste of your day-to-day:

 
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Making every single Pastry a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds
● Taking ownership for your workstation - keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste
● Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
● Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
● Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player 
● Specialize in creating a wide variety of delicious dessets, pastries, and sweet goods. Reposnible for baking and preparing following traditional and modern recipes.
 
What We need from you:

 
● The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling 
● A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths 
● The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts 
● Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol - you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in English
● Great communication - you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to 
● Relevant experience in Pastry section.
